I rented several times from Storage Depot from the large units storing my vehicle to midsized storing furniture and other items. I now rent a small storage unit. There is a reason that I keep coming back the facility is managed very professionally and is always clean. Kayla is a first class and top notch manager.

The facility is clean and well maintained. I rented a small indoor unit, it’s all metal (walls and door), and they provide you with a lock.

I rented the unit online and picked up the keys in person the next day. It couldn’t have been easier. Kayla from the front office was super helpful and got me set up in about 5 mins.

Kayla is awesome. Facilities are well-managed and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

I’ve been a customer for 18 months. So far the facility is clean, secured, and maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. When it comes down to it, 90% of what’s going to help you pick a storage place is location. But of the ones in / around this part of Lake Stevens, I found these folks to have the best customer service and competitive prices.

Love Kayla! I truly love how professional and clean the storage units and the whole lot is very well kept, late and anytime access is amazing. Especially when you never know when your gonna need to pick or drop stuff off!

This place is Immaculate as far as the upkeep of the property . The manager Kayla is ABSOLUTELY TERRIFIC!! She is an ideal manager for that property or for any property which she oversaw. She definitely has people skills as well as business skills and I'm sure her personality succeeds past her place of employment & into her everydaylife.

I spent a day looking at all the storage places on town and I can safely say, save yourself some time and just go here first. They're the cleanest, nicest and most professional place in lake stevens. Also, I received NO compensation for this not am I associated with them in any way other than being a customer. And fyi there payment system is great.

Wow. She has always been nothing but smiles and welcoming. The office never smells bad. Very helpful picking out packing materials.

Never used it but great location...never heard any negative statements about it...safe gaurded location between bus drop off, and behind Target's...caretakers on grounds

I RATE IT A FIVE BASED ON APPEARANCE, LOOKING FORWARD TO DOING BUSINESS AS IT LOOKS LIKE I WILL NEED TO SOON.I tried negotiating to avoid losing what somebody else put in there that belonged to me, no luck.
