Interesting and unique place ZIP Code pictures of Marilyn Monroe on the wall and lots of seating the bar area is pretty nice also have a good full menu and breakfast served all day.

I always order breakfast...because the hash browns are MAGIC!!! Omelets are fluffy and BEAUTIFUL!! No browned edges here! This little place is a gem! Wonderful staff...it's like going for brunch at a good friends. Did I mention the hash browns are MAGIC?? Crispy and thin but not a drop of oil on your plate!! If you find yourself in the area of Rio Vista...or just want a beautiful drive and a GREAT meal...stop in! I'm eternally grateful that they survived the pandemic...so many of these hidden gems didn't.

Everything was amazing! The food was delicious, the service was great, it had that small town diner feel. The french fries were the best I ever had, perfectly crispy and soft inside. Definitely worth stopping by.

Had poached eggs, rye toast and home fries. Poached eggs were PERFECT. Home fries were good, service was excellent!

We had a group of 16 retirees have breakfast and everyone said the meals were delicious, no mistakes, and very quick service from start to finish. 5 stars for this visit!

Always fast service and great breakfasts and lunches. I love the small town friendly feel of the place, the waitresses remember what we like and even the owner strolls thru to make sure all is well. Prices are fair, food is good. It's my favorite breakfast or brunch stop in Rio Vista.

They have a fantastic breakfast chef here, cooked my eggs perfectly over easy and their country fried potatoes are delicious and they have some really good sausage links also. I recommend this place.

Excellent! The food, service, care & helpfulness of the owner and staff... exceeded all expectations. I had the Huevos Ranchero's and they were the best I've had - I must say as far as can remember. The refried beans and rice were perfect as well. Of course I will go back it was certainly worth the drive from Mare Island! My husband also loved the Eggs Benedict & potatoes.

The place in Rio Vista for tasty food prepared with care. Everything cooked to order, best grits ever! The owner is present, service continues first rate, food is high quality, dining area very clean, great Diner. The only restaurant we ever visit in a town of very poor restaurants, Raul's is consistently excellent.

Don’t miss this place if you want a great breakfast! Nothing fancy just real food prepared with care. Delicious ham steak and from scratch grits.
