Willow Campground

This is our second time here over the past 2 years. We reserved a few spots for our windsurfing group. It is spacious and clean with plenty of trees scattered about. It’s a little nicer by the river and less nosy; on the street side, the noise of the traffic is non stop. There are 3 or 4 facilities along the campground; during our stay, due to Covid-19, the showers were closed. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Overall, it’s still a lovely place to camp and reasonably priced.

The boat ramp is AWESOME!! I would launch my boat with my class A motor home here. Extremely wide ramp, with many lanes!!!!!!!!!!!!! I did NOT camp here, we were day boating.

Great staff- courteous, helpful, professional. Outdoor entertainment thats fun, clean, maintained. Welcoming to families, groups of adults and or business associates.

Moved my yearly camping trip from Truckee to here at the last minute due to the fires around Truckee. I actually did not really read the reviews until after I booked and became a bit nervous from what I read. I was very concerned we were going to be dealing with some angry rude camp hosts. This could not be further from the truth. Mel and Tom were very friendly and welcoming. They answered all of our questions and gave us some tips on where to fish as well as the closest stores. The bathrooms and showers seemed to be cleaned about 3 times a day and were by far the cleanest of any campsite I have ever been to. The only things I didn’t really like was the amount of shade (note we got 2 of the last few spots available). Some have good shade but many do not. Oh and it was crazy windy the first night. Also access to the water is limited. All in all a great experience with great friendly hosts. Would recommend this site. Sites 42 & 46.

So much fun we came in for the night. We coming back for a longer stay real soon.

직원분들은 친절하고 기분 좋게 반겨 주셨습니다

화장실 내부 세면대가 고장 난 곳이 있긴 하지만 외부 세면대가 있어 불편하지 않게 잘 이용 했습니다
캠핑 사이트에는 둥근 화로대와 피크닉 테이블이 있습니다

캠핑 사이트에 풀이 좀 길게 자라 있었다는 유일한 아쉬움이었습니다
아마 봄이라 생명력이 넘치는 시기였나 봅니다
