Bought mid-priced headphones. Turns out that company stopped supporting it on their app, as they had just released a new model (very shady, JBL). I couldn't adjust them for that reason. Bestbuy was awesome at helping me attempt to trouble shoot. It didn't work, the online operator told me to bring them back (I bought them less than 48 hours prior), for a no hassle return. It was just that, completely no hassle and a very smooth return.

We popped in 15 minutes before the store was closing, unplanned. Of course, employees were busy, but we were grateful for the assistance that Jim had provided by looking up in the computer if the television we were looking for was available at the store. It was sold out. However, Jim suggested we speak with Nathan to place an order for us.
Jim is very helpful, friendly, and has excellent professional customer service skills.
Nathan also provided us with helpful, friendly, and professional customer service. Nathan quickly ordered the Vizio, and we were on our way to grab dinner.
On Saturday, 4/8, we returned to pick up our order, but before that, I asked to transfer the charge to a different cc to avoid the high interest rate and Chris the Manger swiftly handled it as Crystal finished the new transaction. Chris and Crystal also gave friendly, helpful, professional customer service. We were in and out in minutes.

Staff was very helpful in finding the right Sony TV model I was looking for. The store was about to close, but they still took the time to remove it off the wall and bubble wrap it for me. Super nice and I highly recommend their store!

J.D is the man to see for your electronics needs! Helped me on numerous occasions to pick out my whole car stereo! Deck, speakers amps and subs! Plus all the other miscellaneous connectors and kits for the install! So glad I went to Best Buy and seen J.D. for the best customer service ever!

Wasn't busy. Went to pick up an order I made on Amazon. Asked the guy in TVs to answer some questions and he went out of his way discussing the options for my sons gaming monitor for an old computer. Def would be back. Wonderful customer service. Wish I remembered his name.

My go to place to check our the recently released Samsung Phones right before it becomes available for ordering. Always enjoyed having a preview of the unit before deciding.

The Laptop that I had for 20 years stop functioning well. I'm glad to find the perfect fit for my work and business thank you so much to Larry he is awesome took time to help me and guide selecting the perfect one for my needs he's a great asset to the company.

The super helpful staff helped me locate items in another store when their own store was out of stock.

The staff here are nice and helpful. We had an issue with getting a movie that was missing the digital copy slip inside. This was partially my fault for being lazy and not checking for holes in the plastic. Thankfully, they were understanding and switched it out for a new copy. I was happy to talk with one of their loss prevention specialists and help alert them to how people will slice into the plastic enough to fish out the digital copy slips. If you are like me and like to own both physical and digital versions, always check the packaging for slits in the plastic. The most common ones that thieves aim for are new releases that have a paper sleeve on the outside. If you find holes sliced along the seam of a movie, be sure to bring it up to an employee so they can inspect it and deal with it accordingly. I hope that this review helps both the wonderful team here at this store and those who want to keep a great brick-and-mortar location open for years to come.

Hello Readers, I'll start off by saying, if you are in the Solano area and find yourself needing to decide which store to visit..Vacaville facility is the correct choice! Without sharing my poor experience with another location, I will admit that the team at Vacaville has restored my faith in the Blue & Yellow! I had received such a positive customer experience in my transaction with JD from PCHO and Lesli from the management team! Even other team members checked on me as I browsed for accessories whilst waiting for JD to retrieve the product I had requested. Very excellent performance by the Vacaville team which I felt compelled to share here and will be the reason why I come back for more in the future. Thank you Vacaville Best Buy!

I shopped online for curbside pickup. Once I checked in, a team member was bringing out my purchase within 7 min.

Always enjoy checking out the latest in electronics, it is one of my regular stops.

Excellent customer service, most items in stock, or they will ship it in for you.

I have struggled with the software in my iPad Air II that I use for navigation. The Geek Squad solved both issues, immediately, while I waited in the store. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

We were there to shop for Black Friday. We got quick service.

Andrew W was extremely knowledgeable and patient with us. He took the time to explain all the advantages and disadvantages of the laptop machines I was considering. Ultimately went with Lenovo because it fit what I needed. Andrew, you are a patient dude! Will be back

I recently ordered a new phone and phone case online and picked up my order in store. The transaction was very smooth and the cashier was pleasant and prompt with retrieving my order.

The manager Francisco stopped what he was doing and back ordered the earphones I wanted, and even rang me up. Great customer service 👏

The team at Best Buy Vacaville did a fantastic job. I was originally planning on bringing the washer home myself but it would not fit in my car. The team at Best Buy Vacaville was able to get the washer delivered even though it was a complex delivery. They really went the extra mile to get the washer delivered

I used a merchandise return credit card from two years ago to buy a holder for my cellphone that suction cups to the window. I am happy with the purchase and hope it doesn't let me down ;) or drop me...

Very clean store and friendly staff. I used the magnolia installer team from here and by far the best I have experienced from any of the magnolia best buy teams. The Vacaville magnolia team I would recommend every time. Very knowledgeable and are there to help you build the entertainment setup you want and not just there to make a buck. Highly recommend them
