Koi Express Hibachi & Sushi

My brother and I came down here after watching the 49ers versus Detroit game. We were so ecstatic that my team won and found this little place on Peabody road. Food was very excellent and I recommend the shrimp chicken and steak combo plate. It was very yummy and very tasty. The owner in the front was very accommodating and friendly and the place was very welcoming. Highly recommend!

Amazing restaurant, friendly workers, great food! I always order the same, hibachi chicken and shrimp and crab rangoon, some of the best hibachi and crab rangoons i have ever ate, the yum yum sauce makes everything perfect and the shrimp and crab rangoons are just amazing! Prices are good in my opinion too, my wife and i love ordering from here. This place ALSO does Military Discount!

Im not in Vacaville often but when I am, i ALWAYS have to get koi express. It is so freaking tasty, fresh and made well. I always get a variation of their hibachi with steak, the yum yum sauce is the KEY to happiness. Their veggies are in a super yummy sauce. Their egg fried rice that comes with the hibachi is always perfect, never dry and is full of taste. I wish they opened in Sacramento, I would go once a week, its so amazing. The staff are always nice too! I would recommend everyone to go here!

This is the BEST sushi/Japanese cuisine I have experienced so far in Vacaville!!! I’ve been to a few other places in town and was not impressed, but this restaurant is incredible! The food is high quality, cooked and presented beautifully, the prices are excellent and they have the best customer service!! When you walk in you’re greeted by friendly, helpful staff. I’ve been here twice now and will absolutely come back again and again!!!

Koi Express is really delicious and price is excellent we drive all from elk grove just to have some bomb food.

Quality, good priced,fast food sushi! Great flavors, good service, and perfect portions. We came on Mother’s Day, and although they were busy, our order didn’t take very long. Great Teriyaki chicken for the kids too!

I came in for the first time and was welcomed by friendly and polite staff. I ordered two rolls for take out and both rolls were amazing! I work at a poke restaurant and I know good fish when I taste it and the quality of the salmon and hamachi were very good. Both rolls were filling, like not too full but not hungry enough to want more. Definitely a quality sushi restaurant and I do recommend stopping by.

My husband and I eat here nearly once a week. The staff are always so nice, and the prices are unbeatable for the area! We have never been disappointed and recommend it to our friends often.

By far one of my most favorite sushi places to go to, Las Vegas roll is hands down one of the best rolls I’ve ever had. The Hollywood roll is my second, and they are always so kind when ordering, I definitely recommend this place.

Personally one of my favorite sushi spots, I’m not really a big fan of fish or sushi in general but I love the food here so much I’ll eat it anytime. The prices are reasonable too which makes it easier to enjoy their delicious foods. The staff is also very friendly and listens to what I need.

Amazing food, had the shimp and chicken entree, and my wife lobster and steak. Everything was tasty and awesome service. The crag Rangoon was so good. I’m from stl area and we have good Chinese food but this Japanese restaurant was on another level

Koi is my absolute favorite sushi/hibachi place. Koi is my go-to for lunch when I’m at work. It’s very affordable and the food is of super high quality. I have really liked everything I have ever ordered from here. The staff is also extremely welcoming and friendly! I would 100% recommend Koi to anyone.

This is my go to spot to eat when driving through Vacaville on I80. Delicious affordable food and a friendly local small business in a sea of chain restaurants. The hibachi is fantastic.

There is no other best place to eat in Vacaville. They’re super nice to everyone regardless of who you are or come from. I do to go food a lot, and I can assure you this place is the cleanest restaurant I have seen in Vacaville. If you want to be appropriated for your $$ and enjoy the best meal, Koi express is the place.

Good sushi, good prices, and a very friendly staff. I ordered the tuna avocado, salmon avocado, spicy tuna, and California rolls and they were really good. Their rice is excellent and the fish is fresh.
