I don't want to work with anybody else. I moved to the Bay Area and still rely on Leslie for all my Auto and Home Insurance needs. I have peace of mind and that is most important!

I walked in to the office on 1/42024 since it was my day off and I needed to get some answers to questions I had about my policy. Turns out I left with more questions than answers Mayra couldn’t explain certain things or questions I had about my insurance policy which made me feel like I’m being scammed instead of insured. She also couldn’t tell me how much I would be getting charged if I cancel my policy. The only way to find out would be to cancel it and that’s how I would find out. Well that most definitely doesn’t give me any reassurance especially if I already feel like All State is basically scamming me and/or screwing me over.

Worse experience with billing. Unresponsive. sent a cancellation notice and they decided to bill me for two additional months. Absolutely horrible experience.
