I bought an out of state F-250, and the verifier the dealer hired messed up the paperwork. I called Bob and got an immediate response. He was happy to drive over to Sonoma to do the verification at my home. He arrived promptly at the time we agreed to which allowed me to get over to the DMV prior to close the same day. I recently bought an out of state car and was looking into getting my VIN verified by a licensed verifier. I was referred to someone who was a licensed notary (not accepted by CA DMV)and they came out to verify the car, signed and returned the paperwork to me and when I submitted the documents to the dmv they were invalid. Bob is a PHENOMENAL person. I was having such an issue registering my car that sadly got totaled and my insurance company, dmv, nor bank knew what to do since this situation was so insane. The dmv concluded that i would need someone to go verify the vin of my vehicle to complete my process. The car was located in vallejo so I called vin verifiers as well as CHP near by, well they turned me down because the assumed the car had been signed off salvage title and it wasnt not(i do not know this information as i am first time buyer). I was giving up on finding a verifyer until I saw Bobs name popped up.. I told him my situation and he asked questions and I got so much information and he was able to drive to vallejo and verify the vin for me!!! He definitely knows what he is doing and if not for him, I have been dealing with this situation for months, I would be continue to stressing out.
