Target Optical

Needed to replace the little plastic thingy that rests on the nose.
The folks in the Optical Department at Target in Lake Stevens (WA) greeted me pleasantly and fixed my glasses right away without charge!
I've never been there prior to this visit but, based on this experience - friendliness, care, knowledge, and selection of the eyewear I saw displayed - I will definitely consider returning when it's time to renew my prescription.

We've been here a few times over the last couple years and everyone is fantastic. The optometrist was extremely patient and thorough with my 10 year old son, and did a wonderful job explaining everything to him during his appointment. The front staff takes extra care and time to help find the best frames for each person and always finds us the best deal available. I liked them so much I bought new glasses here for me as well.

Great customer service from my initial phone call to ask if they carried a specific frame to the in store service both techs were super helpful and they helped me get into the frame I choose with just the right lenses. ✅ A+++ will be returning for future eye care here. Would recommend.

I’ve gone to Target Optical for 4 years now and receive nothing but exceptional service and fast turn around on glasses and contacts. The staff listen to your eye concerns and are dedicated for finding the right products. Couldn’t ask for better, efficient service.

Dr. Patrick Ho is amazing. I have had excellent experiences with him each time. I have some unique issues with astigmatism and he’s so helpful at explaining all the options and very pleasant to work with.

Optometrist was very thorough in looking into my situation and going beyond even the prescription to meet my vision needs based on life situation. The sales associate/Optometrist apprentice was phenomenal in quickly finding frames that met my shape and needs. She listened very well to what I described.

Target Optical at Lake Stevens has the best staff and customer service. Kevin was super attentive and helpful. The frame selection (even in house brands ones) was great.

I received some glasses online, and was sure the prescription was off. Went to the Target store and they discovered the lenses were in backwards and corrected the issue. I was so happy that Bruce could help with this, and appreciate that he saved me at least a month of time having to mail the glasses back. Thanks Bruce!!

I had a great experience at this clinic! Everyone was professional and super efficient. Dr Nguyen has been my eye doctor for many years, so naturally I followed her here when she changed locations. She is always thorough and has a very positive attitude. Thank you Dr Nguyen for your wonderful care!

So speedy, quick, and friendly. And give expert advice on which glasses look best, when I'm trying them on and can't see without my prescription glasses on.

Dr. Ho is an angel! This is such a convenient location and 10/10 service. Had some good laughs & got my prescriptions updated with efficiency & ease :) Heather & Nichoel were lovely & very helpful. This is my new go-to.

I have used target optical for a few years. The staff are of course always friendly, butt this was my husband's first experience and they were very informative and helpful with all of his questions.

I’ve been coming here for years and would never go anywhere else. My eye appointments are always pleasant and informative. I am always greeted by warm, friendly staff who answer any questions I have. They are great at breaking down the bill for me and getting me a discount when they are available. They are super understanding if I need to reschedule because of my baby and entertain him when I’m here. It’s a such a great, close-knit, small town feel here and I can grab and Starbucks and shop while afterwards. A wonderful place to come have your vision looked after.
