Great experience ordering a truck through Sanderson Ford. Didn't markup the price of the truck during the shortage, even though every other dealer was doing markups. They were very responsive to emails and questions throughout the process. When the truck came in, they didn't pressure me in the finance office like other dealers have in the past. Overall a great experience, will be buying future vehicles through them as well.

I’ve been taking my 2105 F150 there for scheduled service since I purchased it there in 2015. The staff is always professional and treats me like family, my truck is always done when promised. I researched some other places to get an oil change just to compare prices and they beat everyone by at least $30.

My 20K service and recall fix on my 2019 Raptor went very well, I made the appointment online, I was called to confirm, to answer any questions, and to note that my time was moved 30 minutes later so that I did not needlessly arrive to early. It is a 156 mile round trip for me to go to W. C. Sanderson Ford. Being so far away I had to wait there for the work to be done, the time told to me to get the service done was accurate and was not delayed and I appreciate that.

It is regrettable that the ford dealership local to me does not meet the same standards that W. C. Sanderson Ford does, so I will be making the 156 mile round trip for the future service work done on my truck.

I purchased a new vehicle from W. C. Sanderson Ford in Dec 2019. The salesperson was John Reyes. I felt I was in good hands from the first time we spoke. There was absolutely no pressure. He answered all of my questions and made me feel I had made the right choice in purchasing from them. I live in the East Bay area, a bit of a drive away but I have no regret - I'd buy from them again.. even if the Ford dealers in my area had the exact same vehicle.

I had to purchase my new truck from w c Sanderson Ford. All the other dealerships in the area were too hard to deal with too much high pressure towards sales. The sales experience was great the people are normal down to earth. And they take care of you after sales also. I had a small cosmetic issue with my new truck and I brought it back to the dealership and there were several people interested in helping me all at the same time really a nice experience.

I had a oil change service on my 2019 Ford F150 4x4 pickup that is equipped with a V-6 diesel. It takes a very special oil that they had to get more of to finish the service but everything was done as required. I know that they do what is needed to prolong the life of my truck.

My favorite Ford dealer I have ever been to hands down. Ron, the service manager, is just the greatest and customer service is always their #1 priority here. The quality of work is always top notch, they get it done right here at Sanderson Ford.

I’ve been a customer if WC Sanderson Ford since March 2003. They just replaced the AC compressor on the F250 I bought from them in 03. I believe my truck has lasted so long because of the great service it receives at Sanderson. They treat people like family. Don’t find that too much now a days. The number 1 dealership in my opinion.

Couldn't get the info I wanted using the internet so I called and spoke to Trevor and told him what I was looking for and he said he had the exact vehicle on the lot. Skeptical but I went down there and it was actually there! I test drove the truck and one other just to compare and the deal was done. No BS, no upsells, no credit and financing tricks. I was shocked. Completely straight forward people and a breath of fresh air. If you need a Ford you should definitely call these guys.

Dealing with Sanderson Ford was a pleasure! We were given plenty of non pressured time to kick tires, so to speak. In doing so Trevor found out what we needed and wanted. Bottom line, we drove home with the perfect match for our needs and wants!
