Spicy Vines Winery

We had the best time ever at Spicy Vines. They were so accommodating to our group and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The wine was incredible and the food was amazing. We stayed for a couple hours and had a ton of fun. We will definitely be back.

Great intimate place to go for wine tasting. Declan was a great host explaining about the history of the winery and details on the different wines. The wines were all excellent and unique. Seriously, we loved them all. This winery also makes their own spices, rubs and olive oil, which we of course purchased to go with our wine. A very creative space that leaves you wanting to come back.

A wonderful family run winery with excellent service and excellent wine. We were lucky enough to attend a wine and chocolate pairing which was a very enjoyable experience. I highly recommend a visit to Spicy Vines. You will not find another tasting experience like this one.

We had a great time at Spicy Vines! We were greeted by Crystalyn and Doug and they were so welcoming and friendly. The wine tasting was great, especially the spicy blend. The wines were bold and full of flavor. The atmosphere was low-key and had live music. We would definitely recommend visiting Spicy Vines!

My husband and I had an amazing experience at Spicy Vines Winery. We attended a wine and food pairing event showcasing their new wine releases. Everything was just perfect - the vibe, the wines, the hosts. The food and wine were amazing. I highly recommend this place!

We were in Healdsburg for a few days and tried several wineries and Spicy Vines was by far our favorite. The wines are world-class. There is also one particular spiced wine that is very unique and a super fun treat for the holidays. We joined the wine club and look forward to getting our wines and re-living our Healdsburg memories each and every time we open a bottle.

I cannot say enough great things about Spicy Vines Winery. We had the pleasure of attending a wedding on Saturday. It was an amazing ceremony and the service was top notch. The owners and the staff were amazing. Our day was perfect.

Such a fun wine tasting with Crystalyn and Doug, the owners! Great concept, delicious wines, and a relaxed environment. They also have a delicious mead (honey wine) that was a fun treat. We ended up joining their wine club for the great perks. Highly recommend!

Doug was a great host for our tasting. He was very knowledgeable in not only the wines that he produces, but also in the whole wine making arena. I would highly recommend Spicy Vines to anyone I know.

A must stop in my book. We had a really amazing, tasting experience which was tailored to our preferences. Though he went off script to meet our preferences each description was excitingly animated and well constructed. Their roses were excellent, especially the 2021. We also liked their spiced wine (of course) and their Sauvignon Blanc.

What a great find in the northern part of Healdsburg! While the vineyards are in Alexander Valley, Doug and Crystalyn have their tasting room in Healdsburg which is easier to access. Although I originally thought that this was an interesting prospect because of the number of rosés in their lineup, we found that their whole line of wines were strong with some brilliant stand outs such as their Violet Rose rosé, delicious chardonnay, and great syrah. It was so good we joined their wine club! One of the best kept secrets I believe since a good number of industry folks at other wineries were not familiar!

Very friendly staff, great wine selection. I really enjoy their Chardonnay! The charcuterie board is good value for money and very tasty (different types of cheeses and salumi).

The wine was very good, but Declan made this our best wine experience of our entire weekend Sonoma trip. Incredibly funny and an absolute joy to have as our server. We will definitely be back next time we are in town!

A quaint wine bar featuring Spicy vineyard wines and wine cocktails, such as sangria, apple pie mimosa and hot spiced wine. Live music on some Saturday nights, which is when it can fill up. Make a reservation if you’re sure you want to have a table on a Saturday night. Very friendly service. Medal winning wines.

As a business owner myself, I am keenly aware of how a service company or a business establishment interacts with their customers and makes them feel. Spicy Vines Winery has not only created a wonderful selection and character of wines to savor; but they have created an establishment which makes anyone feel welcome and appreciated. A special shout out to Doug who is the winemaker of these very savory "artisan wines" who has also provided a wonderful venue to enjoy them here in Healdsburg California. We will certainly be back.

With so many wineries in the area, this was the first one we tried, and I'm so happy we did! Wines were amazing, and the decor was fun to see while sipping. They have a fun twist to many of the classics, so I ended up loving wines here that I don't typically like. Their cocktails are also delicious! The wine maker's son was working while we were there, and he enthusiasm and knowledge just added to everything to make this such an amazing and personal experience.

We were a group of 5 that came as part of a larger group on a walking food and wine pairing tour. Tasting room is nice and we tried a lot of the wines, most of which I enjoyed. The wines really paired up nice with the smoked pork! A friend of ours had been here before and recommended it so I specifically requested we include this in the tour. If you're in the area, it's a good stop! I wish we had options like this is NC!
