Wow! What a great experience going to Journeyman.

I was looking to buy a whole beef tenderloin and, by chance, found this place, not knowing what a jewel it was, along with the small town of Healdsburg.

We went to pick up some meat, and ended up staying for a while to enjoy a couple of the many wineries within walking distance.

The folks in Journeyman were extremely nice and the store had much to offer in the way of meats, sausages and cheeses, I felt the price was expensive but worth it considering the cut of meat was so perfect and delicious ( I could literally cut it like butta with my fork! ) and to support a local business.

I made Personal Beef Wellingtons with the tenderloin and they turned out perfect!

I'll definitely be going back with plans to stay longer.

Third time visiting this place and still love it so much! Store is beautifully designed, staff friendly and very helpful, food & salumi were so so delicious that we signed up for membership (quarterly shipment) during our second visit. The daily sandwich was meatball which was juicy and flavorful. Butcher's steak was perfectly cooked and the salad and garlic bread amazing like before. We took home a bunch of salumi.. of course. Favorite flavors were Saucisson sec, Calabrian, and definitely Parmasen & porcini (goes well with wine :)).

If you are looking for an amazing thin crust pizza, this is your place. My son had the Bianca pizza and I had the Verde pizza and I am already dreaming about going back. The crust was crunchy at the right places, chewing in others. Toppings were perfect. Who knew this was possible? We got there early and got the best corner window seats.

A smaller place just off the main square.. some parking spots infront (a few designated for pick-up). Delicious salumi (with a fantastic club specifically for it) and cheese boards. ALL the amazing meats you could want, THE BEST BURGERS IN TOWN, and arguably the best pizza in Healdsburg. They have extraordinary wines and beer to pair with whatever you choose. And just as important as the quality of the food, is the customer service. Somewhere they don't lack in as well. Can't go wrong with this place!

Great salumeria by down town Healdsburg. Like in Italy. Reminded me of Dario Cecchini butcher in Panzano. So many options to choose. We ordered a sample board and paired it with a good red.

Was tipped off to try Journeyman Meat Co. by the folks at Aldina. Owned by a Seghesio, naturally their salumi, sausages, etc go nicely with wine and I'm sure with beer. It's not a large store with the cases of meat and the counter placed into a galley type area in the front to the left with fridges of product on the right. There is a narrow seating area of mainly cushioned benches to the right when you first walk in and also some stools with high top tables and umbrellas out front. We needed a snack before we went to our next wine testing and their grilled sausages hit the spot. We had already tried their salumi which is too notch. Stop by for a snack on site or something yummy to take home.

Amazing food. I had all 3 sandwhiches and they were excellent. I liked their smoked sausage sandwich the most.
Staff was kind and attentive as well.

Absolutely stunning experience with Journeyman Meats at their Bacon Brunch! Hosted by Montage via their chef, these meats were brought to their best. Become a member and get in on these meals! Not ti mention the Journeyman Rose, which was an easy drinker on a Sunday morning.Bacon brats, bacon jam, corn and bacon bisque, bacon whipped ricotta -- I cannot proclaim the culinary genius of Montage's chef enough. After the brunch, we stopped by the butcher shop and ended up with two pizzas -- bianca and verde -- and another wine sample! This is the best butcher for miles. #montage #bestsalumi #salumi #winecountry

Delicious salumi platter and wine pairing! The staff were so helpful and friendly. We will be back on our next wine country trip!

Don't miss this if you visit healdsburg! The wine and meat flight was perfect and something different than just another wine tasting.

Top quality meat, great sausages. Steak sandwich is great, with multiple flavors throughout that don't compete with the clear flavor in the steak. Service was friendly and did a great job working with the restrictions of Covid. I'll absolutely visit again.

The original owners of Seguisio opened this place. Awesome sandwiches, jams and spreads, as well as spice and seasoning. If your in Healdsburg square, definitely stop by for a bite to eat. Also, they have wines. I'm not a big chardonnay guy, but theirs is quite delicious!

My husband and I popped into Journeyman for a quick drink before a dinner reservation. I wish we had more time when we came as all of the meats and cheeses smelled absolutely phenomenal. We opted for their wine flight and each of the wines were stellar. We are only in the area for a short amount of time but we will definitely be back for their meat and cheese selection!

Hands down the finest quality meat, sausages, salumi and charcuterie you will find anywhere in Sonoma county.

Their Woodfired pizzas are out of this world, along with the burgers and sandwiches.

In the back, you can taste Pete Seghesio's wines from his personal family vineyards.

You will be impressed and you won't forget it.!

This is one of the best locations I've visited for high quality meat products. The service is phenomenal and the samples are an excellent way to try new options.
