Healdsburg Hospital, Providence

My grandma was recently discharged from the hospital. I appreciate the amazing and hospitable care provided by the manager, Lily and her staff. Carolyn the case manager worked with her and made the process simple and easy for me. Thank you very much to Lily and her team!

My uncle was the patient at HH. We really appreciate all the excellent care from the nurses and the doctors. They are very nice and treat my uncle well, especially the Nurse Manager, Lily. She spent time and communicated very well with us about our uncle's health. She helped him getting out of bed, offering him pain medication, and getting water for him with her smiles on her face. She is a real angel who offers help when our uncle needs the most.
Thank you everyone at the hospital from nurses to doctors and nursing aid, and physical therapists. My uncle is doing so well under your excellent care.

This hospital is wonderful, the people here care, are experienced, kind and funny. We are so grateful.

I was on a business trip and had to go to the Providence ER Room for an infection. Dr. Sawyer along with the rest of the ER staff took phenominal care of me. I am so grateful for their care, otherwise my trip would have been ruided. Thank you Providence ER!

Went in due to a cycling accident and deep skin gouge/scrape on my forearm. Got tetanus shot and cleaned up in a jiffy. All their staff was super caring genuine souls. Made me want to do it again just to go back, lol

My father was the patient at Healsburg Hospital. He is very pleased with the top customer service when he was there. He loved the manager Lily, Jia-Lin and other nurses. They go above and beyond. We had the best ER experience possible at this local hospital. We came in with a medical crisis, were seen immediately, and given excellent care by highly competent nurses and MD. Extra effort was made to provide comfort to the patient and to us as family ( warm blankets for all!) and the team coordinated beautifully with patient's home physicians and arranged for a smooth transfer by ambulance to our own hospital back in the South Bay. The ER was clean, quiet and privacy honored. We were treated with warmth and consideration. Wish all ERs could be like this.

I just had several procedures performed leading up to a knee surgery by Dr. Tomasin, including x-ray, bloodwork other pre-op procedures and the surgery. The staff was friendly, expeditious, and very competent. The entire process was fabulous and don’t be fooled by the size of the facility, they are up to date on equipment and technology. I am very happy to know they are available to the people of Sonoma county and if I need more medical attention i will be going to Healdsburg District Hospital.

Effective and comforting medical emergency treatment from the staff at Healdsburg District Hospital today. They were thorough in gathering data, analyzing and providing treatment and prognosis. A great hospital.

Had my hip replaced. Procedure was great, care was excellent and staff very friendly over the 2 nights stay. Even food was good!
