Lots to see here. There are many options for shopping and food.

Went to have lunch at Sharky's. The employees were amazing especially the manager in charge at the time we went and the food even better. Anyone should definitely go and try it out if you haven't already. It's like my second home.

This restaurant is one of the best, I am always in a rush and this place is perfect to get a quick lunch, there employees are cortious and fast. Usually I will order online and my food is ready before the time estimated. Everybody is always very welcoming.

Great selection and variety of stores and eateries, well maintained parking lot as well.

I love this area so much here Alidis ( best one around) Walgreens Blender in the Grass there's a cool boba shop too that's a gem. This is the spot . Don't forget to pray in Jesus name and walk in HOLY SPIRIT because all this stuff is good but GOD is better

Great shopping center. Geigo insurance is here. Good insurance. But they are closed right now. No walk in or sales. Hook restaurant has very good hamugers . Everyone in most of stores are nice.

Urban Cafe, hook burger and Buffalo wild wings make this a great destination when you don't know what to eat lol lots of other stores here but those are what matter 😋

It's a very busy center but even though I still love to shop with OTHER shoppers with wide & large smiles from ear to 👂 and I love to walk around and have a small moment of happiness when a shop owner or manager sees me wall up to see what's a good bargain this week/ month and that's when I start to back to the beginning with a very happy heart with the PLEASURE of knowing I brought a smile to everyone's face

From Hook Burger to Aldi grocery, you can't go wrong with Rose Ranch Shopping Center. Great name for a center too. Not like those other centers in town: Oxnard Performing Arts Center, Oxnard Transit Center, and Oxnard Family Circle – Adult Day Health Care Center. None of the aforementioned centers have groceries or restaurants. I mean, sometimes you can pick up some snacks at OPAC, but Hook is amazing. And I save so much at Aldi, that I can afford a Bistro burger at Hook. So good.

Love Rose ranch shopping center, Vons, super Walmart, Ross dress for less, hobby lobby, fishing store, DQand on and on including Sam's club, Starbucks shell gas station ⛽ and more

That's a big shopping center , any thing anyone need. From clothes, fast food , a bakery ,arts and crafts, a market , even a gas station. Great place .in Oxnard .

I love it my friend when with me that day ..we just didn't have enough,,so it looked to us like that.iT was so great that we were going to just pick up something that we were looking for,,that we in up staying all day,that we didn't even got what we were looking for.hahaha hahaha.
