Fobes-Ebey Slough Dike Road Trail

A fantastic place for a quiet and relaxing hike/walk. About 3 miles roundtrip. See many different species of birds including raptors, herons and many other waterfowl. Salmon are currently running.

It’s a great place to take the dogs for a walk. We like to let our dogs run free, not everyone likes that so we have found somewhere else to go. We have never had a problem with our car, there a lot of people that walk the trail.

Quiet relaxing walk along the Snohomish marshland and Ebey Slough. The level gravel trail is about 1.5 miles one way.

Awesome place to take easy walk. 3 miles round trip.

Big great open space for walks with the dogs. I truly enjoy my time here.
Everyone seems to pack in and out as its a pretty litter free space.

Perfect place to kick it n relax

Nice good trail to walk on.

Parking can be a little sketch but no problems yet. The walk is nice more natural then like a paved walkway. It's gravel and dirt. Nice walk along slough. Birds. People walk there dogs here. There is dog poop at times.

This is a great trail to walk or run on. Runners, terrain is bumpy with gravel, stones, dog poop. Would be a perfect trail if only people scooped up after their dogs and didn't litter.

The entrance is rough with potholes and puddles(go slow!) and the blind corner makes it difficult to enter or leave as it's not wide enough at the entrance for more than one vehicle. Parking lot is very very small. It's difficult to find a spot on nice afternoons. Trail is otherwise in good repair and meanders with the river. Wildlife is varied and different every time. We've seen countless songbirds, hawks and eagles, snakes and frogs, mink, otters, beaver(old beaver sign on the trees along the river), ducks, harbor seals, and more. It's a great there-and-back flat trail & is manageable for older folks, dogs, and small children. Just watch for dog landmines(and please remember if you bring a pup, pick it up!)
