this is a place for seniors is a good place to leave but the only thing I didn't like it is because is the 126 freeway next to this location and it it very noisy

Well kept and managed park. Quiet and peaceful.

For the most part it's clean doesn't smell like dog s*** the road to get there is pretty F'up ! But when you're driving inside the roads are perfect well marked and well maintained with fresh paint and new reflectors. The swimming pool area is always clean and the pool looks very well maintained. Same stupid rules though if your hair is below your ears you must wear a cap. Kbf4

Lived here for 16 years. Park has never heated pool, claiming there is a solar panel on club house roof, which is inadequate. Too cold for seniors. No activities except coffee once a month. Clubhouse can be used by appointment. Much improvement has been done in front of park by managers. Back of park needs to have homeowners spruce up their spaces. Not looking forward to next rent raise. New owner was awarded 12 percent rent control by city 5 years ago. Raise due in 2018. Owner and current managers have worked hard to make the park a better place. Suggestion would be some exercise equipment for clubhouse.

Older established mobile (manufactured)home park. Clean and well maintained. Senior living, 55 +.

This place has greatly improved. Each year it appears to look better be more efficient in lighting parking all around appearance.
