Wheel Sport Valley

Bought another bike from Wheel Sport in the Valley. My first e-bike. The guys there are top notch! Very knowledgeable, honest, great mechanics, kind, and great w/ customer service. Thanks guys! YOU ROCK!

Great customer service! They took care of a minor thing for me without charge, needless to say I came back for parts a few days later. Support this awesome shop.

I brought my low budget fat tire bike in for repairs, after my own failed repair attempt. They were quick, inexpensive, and wonderfully understanding. I was back peddling in just a few hours. Thanks for the great experience!

I brought my Schwin bike into the Wheel Sport Valley, and all I needed was new tires. The staff were very nice and professional in their jobs. Not only did they put new tires on, but he also done a few adjustments to make the bike easier to pedal, until I can get it refurbished. This store will be my first choice for that. Absolutely wonderful! Everyone is so nice. Stop here before you think of going to a big-box chain. No one who's locally owned can last in Spokane as long as they have, without providing excellent service.

Amazing shop with very knowledgeable staff. Roger assisted us every step of the way with our first bike purchase, answered all of our questions, and made sure we were buying with confidence.

Had charging problems with my Specialized Turbo Levo ebike, had taken it to several other shops without any resolution. Hours spent updating software, etc. never worked. Took it here and the technician listened to me and evaluated the problem. Left it for 2 hours, he replaced the internal electric cable he said had been a problem on a few other Specialized ebikes and replaced under warranty. Works like a charm, very grateful, excellent skill and customer service.

Took the BOB stroller in due to brake not working and flat tires. Alex was very nice, he took the time to check the tubes and determined they were not leaking and did not need to be replaced. He also fixed the brake for us. No charge for anything! First experience here and very happy. I will use them again!

Great customer service! I went in today for a set of new tires and the lady behind the counter was awesome! Helped me look through a big selection of mtb tires, and helped decide on a great match. Will definitely go back here.

These guys are awesome I bought my bike at 4 p.m. on a Friday with all these additions to it they started working immediately on it, worked overtime and are meeting me tomorrow morning before the store opens to give me my bike so I can ride with my buddies on Saturday morning. Now that is excellent customer service!

Just picked my bike up after having a tune-up. It wasn't shifting properly and making weird clicking noises. The guys did AMAZING!! It's shifting perfect and no more noises. Staff was friendly and professional and the price for the tune-up was very reasonable. Great job!!

Ok. I have lived in the valley for about 10 years. I have also gone to a couple other bike shops, and each time I came back to wheel sport. It is hard for me to think of a place that has better customer service. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, more than willing to shoot the breeze while they work on or inspect your bike. They are also willing to explain basic ideas behind how to make sure you don't wear out your bike.

I went into the store downtown to replace a blown out tire, the guy there asked if there was anything else he could do for me. I mentioned the rack on my bike that had broken, and that not even the manufacturer had a spare replacement part. He takes it into the back, looks it over, and came up with a patch to make it work, free of charge. His patch is still holding.

Currently I just had an experience where a couple people had goofed on my bike with replacement parts. Resulting in year long hassles that I thought were more related to me. When the upper management found out just a couple weeks ago, they repaired and replaced for free what someone else had screwed up. Something I really appreciate since I live on Disability and have no car. My bike is my only transportation other than the bus or my feet.

I don't blame Wheel sport for the mistakes of their employees, and their willingness to make up for it even after a year or more had gone by speaks to a level of customer service you don't see all that often anymore. Despite my issues, if I could 6 star this place I would.

Took my new RadMini in with spoke problem. They did a great job and fixed it the same day that we dropped it off. We really like this LBS and will go back when we need anything.

Quick Service, and absolutely unbeatable pricing for the simple job I had to have done. Some shops estimated it would have taken $60 or more to take the nut out of my pedal socket, but these guys did it for $10

Brought my sons bike in with a tangled mess of a chain and they repaired it right then and there, plus a few extra things that were needed. Amazing customer service and super friendly/helpful/ fast. I’ll definitely be going back to them and referring. Thank you!

These guys rock. They gave me a great trade in on my Specialized Diverge and set me up on a beautiful Rockhopper. They gave personal service and adjusted the seat for my frame and size. Been going here for years and will continue to return for service/parts!

First, let me say I am tall and have never owned a bike that fit me. I rode a specialized XXL at my local bike shop but found that the one I wanted was only available at wheel sport. 4 hours away. I talked with Deanna and as luck was in my favor, she happened to be traveling towards my direction that weekend and was willing to make a mobile transaction saving me 2 hours of driving each way. Now I don't expect that this is something that everyone will experience, but it demonstrates the level of dedication and willingness to help that is not to often found. The bike was set up with the extras that I requested and is amazing. Thank you Deanna and co-pilot bike mechanic guy who gave me the tour of my new bike! great people, Hope they keep them both around!

Went in looking for a bike for my daughter today, staff was super helpful and put her little water better holder on for us. Will be back to get myself a bike very soon, thanks guys!

Went in because my pivot broke on my shock. The folks at Wheelsport told me I might have to buy a whole set of bolts which would have been far more expensive. They went the extra mile and we're able make sure I only got the part I needed, ensuring i didn't have waste any money on parts I didn't need. Great Bike shop!!

Amazing staff and great selection. Went in looking for some shoes and other things. They let my kid really try out some bikes and gave lots of good guidance for her and helped me find the shoes I really liked.
