We inherited a Condo from my wife's parents and didn't know what to do with it, so we decided to put it on the market.
We contacted McPherson's RHB Realty and Robert Barrett was very helpful in guiding us through a sale of our property in a very timely manner, and getting us a price that exceeded our expectations.
We were very pleased with the the whole transaction from start to finish,
and wouldn't hesitate to use this firm again.

This review is specifically for Tanis Costa. We chose him as our realtor based on successful work he has done for some friends of ours. We could not have made a better choice! He helped us in purchasing our first home and it was easy and painless. During the search process he worked seamlessly with our morgage broker we chose. They communicated on the back end to double check on logistics of properties we were interested in. We knew going into each viewing what we could expect financially. The property we chose was a new build. Tanis' hard work didn't stop there. If we had any questions for the builder during the course of the build, Tanis was a text or email away to get answers for us. As first time buyers, he thoroughly explained each process and answered most of our questions before we asked them. Throughout the entire process, he was available. Any time we wanted to view homes, he was there. We couldn't sign papers for our offer until later after we were off work. No problem. Even after we made our offer, he worked around our schedule for visiting the site to choose options or just view progress and measure for furnature as well as for inspection and the walk through with the builder. He was always excited and urgent to where it made us feel like we were his only clients when I know for certain he is very busy with other sales. And yesterday, when we received our keys and let ourselves in for the first time, he had left us welcome gifts on our kitchen counter that warmed my heart and reiterated our choice and his commitment to his clients. Down the road, when we decide to sell or purchase more property, he is the only realtor we will consider! Thanks for getting us into our first home Tanis, and we'll be contacting you for our next!

Not only did Rietta and Tanis help my aunt and uncle buy their home, they also helped us look for houses when my grandma with severe dementia needed to move back to Washington. They spent hours, days , months, trying to find the perfect place for them. While our time with our grandma was unfortunately cut very short once she came to Washington, it was amazing having Tanis and Rietta there to help us , and help and answer all our questions. These two are amazing and such loyal people, I would recommended them to anyone I know who is looking to buy or sell a house.

Steve setzer is literally the best real estate agent! He listened and squashed any nervousness i had as a first time home buyer i will recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell and he will be the only 1 i will ever work with to sell and buy a house! I cannot give enough stars!

Absolutely the worst experience of my life . Fraudulent. Robert allowed the potential purchasers to move into my home *8 days before it closed without my permission*. I returned to my own home with the locks changed and my stuff still inside. I had left to check on my mother who was in the hospital so I was gone overnight. My realtor with Mcphersons was on vacation in Hawaii. I called and talked to Robert and he on the contrary to resolving the issue went further to tell me to just shut up and deal with it. My children and I had to stay in a hotel until our next residence was available, which I had lined up with the closing date. I was on pins and needles for 8 days concerned that if anything happened to the house or the people in it I would be held liable as it was still legally my home and under my insurance policy. Absolutely horrifying. Especially coming from a family who has owned 8 Century 21 businesses I would never in my life recommend this company. Due to my mother's medical condition I couldn't at the time pursue the issue any further after having tried for many days. I did not get my things back that were in my home and was not allowed back into my own home ever. I never agreed to anyone moving in before the closing date. Stay away unless your are willing to risk being completely striped of your home and anything that you value. Seriously. Stay away.
