I’ve gone in several times in the past and I got to tell you
I can definitely say whoever is in charge now they mean business! Staff is actually greeting customers very friendly nothing like before i would come in and just be ignored.
Made me never want to come back
But I recently went and i would definitely go back..

I visited the store after the gym and was pleasantly surprised. I hadn’t been back to this location in a while and when I walked in it was so clean and welcoming. I asked about the first responders discount and had a fabulous conversation with Erika and Kacey. In the past when I would walk in to this location there was zero conversation or customer service, this has changed. It was a great experience, great customer service. I will definitely be back.

Great variety of stuff, great prices, you can fill a whole shopping cart for a hundred dollars! I especially love the interesting foods and candies I can find. I only wish the clothes were a little cheaper.

Friendly place to shop. It is a little bit crowded with so many things to look at. Great prices.

Love this store! We always find great deals, like $5 and $10 Halloween costumes for the kids.

Employees don’t seem to be engaged with guest traffic but overall good deals. Most stuff is Costco overflow or Costco returns.

This store Is amazing. The selection was great and the employees were very knowledgeable. I can't remember the last time I was treated so well in a store. Glad to know there is still good customer service in these uncertain times. Big box has gained a new regular customer. Thank you!!

Always great customer service! I have had nothing but patient, kind employees always willing to help me find something or just to say hi! I have not once had a bad experience. I love being able to find things that I normally wouldn't. I don't think I have walked out without buying anything, always a good deal from food to clothes to decor to even awesome furniture. In fact last night I purchased two chairs and the "deal of the day" which was a total score! The nicest employee which I regretfully do not recall her name, however she was so kind, she wrapped my chairs so make sure they didn't get dirty as well as her and another great employee helped me load up my car. Thank you again and to those looking to see if they should stop in, I say absolutely! You won't regret it!

I went in for the first time and found so many amazing things! One of the managers... I think Christina was so helpful! Someone named Regi was also so helpful. They even helped me bring the items to my car! So kind and helpful! Truly! My new favorite store!

Trish and Cody were very accommodating. Had purchased a product that ended up being used -- they didn't have any indication of that either as inspection is done elsewhere. Appreciate the time and customer friendly attitude. Looking forward to going back there again and again!

This store is clean and well organized, and carries a lot of the discontinued and hard to find items from the big warehouse stores. Ever say "I wish I'd have bought more of that when I had the chance" at the warehouse? Check here!
Ast Manager Trisha went the extra mile, and watched out for, and then contacted me, to make sure that I was able to get what I needed. I will definitely be back!

Great store with great employees. Johnathan and Nick are the one's that helped me with every question my mom and I had. They even helped us to our car. Fabulous. I recommend big box outlet to anyone looking for great prices.

The service here is over the top. They helped us get the perfect couch and loaded it too. They have a bunch of goofy outlet food and great clothes. I always find something cool.

I stopped by because I was in the area and was pleasantly surprised but the large amount of variety of things they offer. Definitely stop by to check out the seasonal and furniture they have great prices and deals on everyday things!
