We worked with Marshelle at The Flooring Station in Folsom for a whole house flooring project. Marshelle was great! She helped us pick exactly what we were looking for and was very responsive and helpful through the whole process. We were very happy with how quick and on-time everything came together. We love our new floors!

Started with multiple bids from multiple companies and choose to go with the Folsom flooring station. It wasn't just the competitive pricing, the support from the complete staff were wonderful and helpful.
Tracy was excellent in helping us decide on what material and style met our needs. She wasn't pushy and led us to an excellent decision based on our preferences. There was constant communication about the job status and the installers were prompt and courteous.
The install did not go according to plan, but that was due to our concrete slabs being slightly uneven. Despite this, the entire job finished on time and it was an excellent job. They worked around our busy household and kept the 2 cats and dog safe. The install crew cleaned up everyday before leaving and they left everything as it should be.

A HUGE shoutout to Marshelle Birchman and Tracy Klockenbrink at the Flooring Station in Folsom. They were wonderful and informative providing us with their insight on Luxury Vinyl Flooring. With this information we can now see the direction we need to head for. We are so happy we went to the Flooring Station in Folsom for our new carpets. We feel fortunate that we found Tracy there, who walked us through the entire process. She showed us different options from economy to premium and helped us understand the benefits of each product. Even if you know all about carpet, you'd be wise to talk to Tracy... She's a person who is dedicated to making sure she has a happy customer when the job is complete. The install was done efficiently and professionally by our installer Steve. Our new carpet looks and feels great, and we know it'll still look great years from now. And an added bonus is that their prices are very competitive, though I'd gladly pay a premium to deal with a company I know I can trust! Overall...A+, a very positive experience at The Flooring Station in Folsom.

RE: Refloored entire 1365 Sq Ft house with luxury vinyl. We are so happy we chose Gold River Flooring America. We felt confident after our meeting with Nicholas and Tracy and were pleased with our estimate. Nicholas took all the measurements while Tracy helped us with ideas for making our sunken living room distinct from to the higher level. Nicholas and Tracy followed up with us during and after the installation. The installation team, lead by Jack, is amazing. They went above and beyond in the installation of our flooring, they are master craftsman. They worked steadily, performing their job with precision, and they were kind and thoughtful to us. Working with Karen was easy. She was very helpful! Installation went well with the install crew being efficient and clean. One minor installation issue was taken care quickly and to our satisfaction by their installation manager (Will). We would definitely use Gold River Flooring Again.

Update…Once again we had a great experience working with Tracy at the Flooring Station (formerly Gold River Flooring). We replaced tile in the bathroom and the entire process could not have been smoother. Tracy’s knowledge is invaluable and she works hard to stay within your budget. The installation was efficient and Mark, our installer, was punctual, neat and a seasoned perfectionist. I would highly recommend this business for any flooring needs.

Gold River Flooring (Tracy )did an excellent job ensuring we received the pattern we truly loved.
Once everything was said and done, the order was set in place with the mill and within a week our carpet was on its way. The next week installation had started and completed in two days.

After going to 5 or six floor companies to install wood floor in 2 guest bedrooms that were left with carpets when we installed new floors in the rest of the house (about 17 years ago). Every store said they would research and call us back. No one did! Walked into Gold river flooring and met Elizabeth who said she will get samples and show them to us. She came out to measure and said you have to match the existing floors they look great, and we will do that! The installers had the floors in in less then 2 days. I think no one wanted the job because it was only two rooms not the entire house. Gold river flooring is the only place I will ever use.

We had a great experience with this business. The sales person showed up on time to our house and was very pleasant. We had actually already chosen the carpet from another place that I don’t believe even wanted our business by their lack of communication, so just the simple act of showing up on time felt like a breath of fresh air. Everything happened in a timely manner from the receiving of the bid, to the ordering of the carpet, to the scheduling of the install and the install itself. Everything went flawlessly. My husband is disabled and we really needed the master bedroom done and put back together in one day and that happened! All in all, it was a pleasure working with Gold River Flooring.

Awesome place for any kind of flooring and people were super friendly and nice. Gave my kids water played with our 2 and 4 yr old and lots of awesome carpet to choose from. Would recommend this place to anyone and had better prices than home depot and big corporate stores. Nick was very nice and helpful and would do business again any day! Must check out the wide selection this place has! ! ! !
