Training the fundamentals here at Pu’u Muay Thai has been a great experience for me. I’ve learned so much in just a few short months, from how to defend myself to go on the offensive, and I’ve made some friends along the way. Highly recommended for anyone interested in martial arts or just looking for a fun way to get your cardio in 😁🤙

I had my first session here this past Thursday and absolutely loved it. I've never taken Muy Thai before and I felt so welcomed, not only by the coaches, but by the other students who have been practicing longer than me. Everyone made learning new movements feel accessible and possible :) It was such a supportive environment and I can't wait to take more classes!

Having practiced Muay Thai for six months now, I can confidently affirm that it has been an exceptional journey. As a naturally shy and introverted individual, I was pleasantly surprised by the warmth and support I received from the beginning. The coaches' constant guidance and the overall positive atmosphere have truly enriched my training sessions. Notably, the introduction of a dedicated women's training class has been a highlight, thanks to the incredible instructors who make each session a true delight.

My husband and I joined Pu’u about 6 weeks ago and we are totally hooked! Pu’u is a welcoming community that offers practical instruction and a variety of classes to meet varying needs. We love the fundamentals, bag, and all levels classes as well as the boxing and new all-women’s series. We both feel stronger and more capable since joining. So happy and grateful to have found a home at Pu’u.

Place is legit. You get excellent training on form, but above all is the friendliness and encouragement coming from the staff. Would highly recommend trying out a few classes.

This martial art studio is simply amazing. The moment you walk in you feel welcome, appreciated, accepted and valued. My kids have developed a great sense of community here and they love training with all the coaches, Kru Ed, Kru Johnathan and Coach Steve. Highly recommend!! 🙏🏻♥

Classes here are great. Very beginner friendly. Kru Ed and Coach Zach are always willing to give advice and help get a good workout too.

I’ve had the greatest experience at this gym. Pu’u Muay Thai has great coaches and a professional staff thats always attentive to my child’s development. Not only the staff but the other children in her class have been really welcoming and inclusive with us, making us look forward to the next one. At first, this was just a way to keep her busy after school but introducing her to this sport has really sparked something in her and has introduced her to several new friends. I’m glad we decided to give it a shot!

Great gym. Very structured classes with one on one coaching during group classes. Great environment for anyone looking to get into the sport.

I was nervous to join due to my slight social anxiety, but these guys said it's a judgment free zone and made me feel safe and secure. I can't wait to increase my skill over the months to a high skill level to feel even more safe, secure, maintained, and balanced within my own self. By my second class, I was already realizing how to have better form and movement, and I actually come from a martial arts background. The coaches and students here are definitely the best I've ever experienced in the many cities and states I've lived in. This is the real deal for someone who wants to step up there with the ways of the best in the world and rebuild and reform themselves from scratch into a better foundation and future.

I've been attending the academy for a couple years now and I can confidently say that the teaching is of a very high quality. The coaches are attentive and really care about their student's growth. Class availability is ample, so anyone should be able to fit it into their schedule. I've met a lot of good folks there and I would just generally say it is a great place to train.

Pu’u Muay Thai is extremely welcoming to students any level. The coaches are always there for you and even students who are more advanced take the time to help beginner students, that way no one gets left behind. Great vibes at this Muay Thai academy that feels like family. Definitely recommend beginners or even advanced students who are looking for a new gym to sign up at this academy. You won’t regret it!

As a newcomer to martial arts I was really nervous about trying Muay Thai here for the first time. Let me tell you that they made me feel at home right away and the community and lessons have been fantastic. Every week I look forward to coming to classes. You get great workouts and each fires up my desire to learn more and improve at Muay Thai.

Just enrolled my son. He's very excited! They have made it an easy process and easy to follow steps to enroll. They really care about new students and making sure they are set. He got to sit and watch one of the classes and the staff was amazing and super friendly.

I loved the environment here! I was extremely new to Muay Thai and was even blessed with a free two weeks! Any business that cares more about a woman learning self defense over money is HUGE to mee. It’s already been a couple of years I started practicing Muay Thai here, and it’s been a really transformative journey so far. It’s not just an effective (and fun!) total body workout, it’s also great for building confidence and inner strength. I’d recommend it to anyone!

I love training at Pu’u Muay Thai. The Cru & Coaches are excellent providing elite instruction that has taken my technique & abilities to the next level. The community there is amazing and has always made me feel at home. Pu’u is amazing for upholding traditional Thai customs.

As a result of training at Pu’u I have gotten in the best shape of my life. If you are someone who is looking for a martial arts gym to train at look no further. Pu’u is excellent for working with all levels from beginners to prize fighters.

A great place to get exercise in while learning martial arts. The instructors are so helpful and friendly. Workouts outs are created so everyone can operate at their own level.
