Plenty of grass space to play fetch with your dogs. Good size dog off leash area. Great walkway through lots of tall pine trees along side the barranca.

This is probably the best park in Ventura. It’s hidden in a neighborhood but has everything a park should have. Baseball, picnic tables, bathrooms, playground, dog park area, tennis courts and plenty of space. There are trees all around and a barranca that separates it from the neighborhood. You might even find a rope tied in a tree for swinging! I’ve always had a great time at this park!

Great clean and sober softball and great people clean fields and kept up nicely! Restrooms are clean and well maintained!

What a beautiful, multipurpose, and humongous park! It’s filled with so many activities! Baseball, multiple playground, a dog park, etc.! There are multiple bathrooms and a walkway. The entire park is kept clean and tidy. The grass is well taken cared for and the parking lots are clean! I feel safe with my family here! I love seeing friendly faces around with friendly dogs. I love being able to walk with shade from the trees and there are water fountains to drink from available. It’s closed off so the park feels isolated from the rest of the town but who doesn’t like that? I love this place.

Having a blast in the cold with my son. A long long walk. Even taking us into adventurous and mysterious corners of the earth... Saw a bunch of Monarch butterflies and lots of fun

Fantastic Family Park... Sports Park, Tennis Park... off leash friendly dog 🐕 😊park!! Safe walking path for getting exercise! Beautiful trees, lots of picnic tables and areas to rest and enjoy! This Park is a treasure!

Dog park is very well set up for large and small dogs. Double gated so dogs can't run out the entrance. Water fountain and plenty of benches. Very shady and nice.

Lots of large open spaces and tall trees. Love the woodsy feel here. Like to come out here to throw the ball for the dogs. It's good place for sports too: basketball courts, baseball fields, soccer fields, tennis courts, and of course the dog park :-)

Great playground! Very clean and well kept. The tire swing is awesome. There's tons of room to run around and play ball or enjoy a picnic under the ample amounts of shady spots. There's even a couple picnic tables to us freely.

This is a great family and sports park, even has a dog park that my pup loves! It's very clean and everyone is generally friendly

This park is a gem smack dab in the middle of Ventura. It has all your usually park amenities including sports fields, courts, etc, but it also has something very special that many parks worldwide don't have: A barranca. Bordering the north edge of the park under the eucalyptus trees lies an adventurers dream replete with fallen logs one can cross, frogs to catch, and poison oak to dodge.

Great place to take your dog, kids, or just go for a jog

Great place to reserve a spot and have a bqq or host a gathering. We have had 2 there and they have been wonderful, plenty of parking and easy for everyone to get to.

This park is huge! Tennis courts, baseball field, perfect place to play soccer, or play football with your friends. This is a good park to have a picnic or have a birthday party at. The only thing I would recommend is that the city should do a better job at maintaining the dog park. It used to be very green but since it’s all dirt now I have noticed less dogs at this park. If you take your dog to the dog park, you definitely will have to bathe your dog when you get home.

Great park to enjoy the day. Friday nite softball for my wife always has our kids asking: "Is it at the park with the cool playground?" 3 parking areas give plenty of space depending on where you'll be. Picnic tables are spaced to give plenty of room for whatever you wanna do. Great for walking and riding around even though the sidewalk doesn't stay continuous. Bathrooms are well kept and stay open almost as late as the park. Great lighting till park closes and plenty of open space to sun however you want.

Dog park is yuuuuuge. Beautiful grassy area. Lots of sports fields. Parking is usually easy, however, the roads are very bumpy with lots of potholes.
