We received several quotes and ranges of work, options on how to best move thru them if we choose the ladder. We went with a full pipe replacement - money well spent. OPT was on time, clean & kind. I would recommend and have to friend already

I know I’m always in good hands with Olympic Plumbing Technology. I have used them multiple times ranging from a brand new water heater to plumbing repairs. The water heater was installed at the height of supply chain issues during the pandemic but we still managed to get it installed and it is running like a dream. I also appreciate the thorough work and care given on every job. They will make sure you are well taken care of before leaving. I highly recommend

Billy came to check out why my pipe coming out from the house had overflowed. His customer service was the best I’ve seen in a long time.
He talked so that I understood what was going on the whole time he was here. He used a camera to check the pipes into the house, which didn’t seem to be an issue. Then he checked the pipe going to the septic he had a lot of knowledge about septics and explained the problem and let me know I needed to call a Septic company.
My husband recently passed away, and I know nothing about septics or plumbing that was my husband’s expertise.
Billie explained a couple things, again in words I could understand. Which I so appreciated. My biggest worry was not knowing anything and being taken advantage of. The cost was minimal and if I could he would be my plumber moving forward. Billie thank you much. 😊

Nate was professional and very knowledgeable. He was very helpful- explaining what needed to be done to fix my leaking problem. We had Olympic Plumbing Technology to our home today and Aaron was very knowledgeable and helpful with our plumbing issues. He was professional, courteous and very thorough with explaining what he was inspecting. He replaced our kitchen faucet and kids bathroom faucet. They are beautiful and we're so happy with our service!!

This was an amazing experience. Stay With Sarah who couldn't have been nice on the phone and got me a next morning appointment... Then add in Nate who was so nice, personable, and professional! He told me everything he was doing... have me other work that could be done but no pressure to do it right now... and just left the site pristine after he was done! I cannot say enough good things. I had a really Great Experience with Olympic Plumbing Technology! Alan and Sean were very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. The work they did was top notch, the only way you could tell they were here was by looking at the new outdoor faucets and shutoff valve they installed! The new faucets work great and now we have a shutoff valve that actually works. Our home is 46 years old and our outdoor hose faucets were leaking. Other companies we contacted never returned our calls, Olympic answered when I called and had Alan and Sean out in just a few days (it was not an emergency). I will definitely use Olympic Plumbing again in the future and will let everyone I know looking for plumbing work to give them a call first! Thanks again for a great job! We had Aaron come out for a possible leaky hose that needed fixing. He checked the hose which ended up not being leaky, then did a thorough inspection. Explained everything as he went through and was very honest. Overall great experience and was super quick/easy to schedule. Would highly recommend and definitely use again!

We had a difficult plumbing job with a few setbacks. Billy was a very experienced plumber and kept me involved and up to date on the whole process. In the end, the job was completed to our satisfaction. We were compensated for the job taking longer than it should have due to circumstances beyond their control and I was sent a flower bouquet as a thank you for my understanding. In the end, I would not hesitate to have Olympic Plumbing Technology do work for us in the future.

Billy came to mine and my girls house and took care of the problem very quickly, he was also very communicative about what was going on and all the other problems that could occur and gave me all the solutions he could with the estimates. Billy was also just a great overall guy and funny! He did great work and kept all nerves at ease.

Sean Miller came out to look over a water heater that was installed during previous ownership. He was able to recommend some options for better water heater performance and completed a complimentary 10-point inspection. He was open and receptive to questions. Great customer service.

I had a very good experience with Olympic Plumbing Technology. I had an issue with the expansion tank of my water heater going bad and Cody was able to identify the cause and implement the fix within a few hours. In my case he had to install a pressure reducing valve for my home as well as a new expansion tank on my water heater. He was able to complete it all in one day. Cody also notified me in advance of his arrival and made sure to communicate everything he was doing. He was very professional and knowledgeable. The entire process was smooth and I will be using them again for any future plumbing needs.

Olympic Plumbing Technology saved my home from catastrophic flooding. Our house has a french drain with a large cistern that pumps water uphill so our house doesn’t flood. OPT was able to send a crew out the same night to help and replace the pumps to stop the flooding in our basement. I will definitely be calling Olympic Plumbing Technology for our home plumbing needs. Highly recommend!!

Had a great experience with Olympic Plumbing Technology. They were accommodating, explained everything well, and were professional throughout the entire experience. We had a few leaks beneath our home that Aaron found and diagnosed. He sent over estimates and in less than a week he and Garrett were at our house and had fixed everything right up. It was also very easy to get in touch with someone at the office, and they were always very polite and kept us up to date on scheduling and timing. Would definitely recommend them!

The technician was a delight! Despite the headache of dealing with a surprise plumbing problem, Aaron made it an enjoyable day. He accessed the problem and had it fixed in no time. Explained everything he was doing while he worked to ease my worries and gave me tips on how to prevent future issues. Best of all, I did not feel ripped off. Very affordable!

We had our kitchen sink stop working so called Olympic Plumbing Texhnology to come check it out. Our tech DJ, found several issues that needed immediate attention. Turns out our old water heater was breaking up on the inside, sending broken material through the pipes. He spent the whole day resolving issues that could have caused thousands more in damage. Several water valves, the kitchen faucet and the water heater were ultimately replaced. DJ was thorough, professional and all around great. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. No pressure techniques, no upselling just the facts and options. Overall, 10/10 would recommend and will use for any future plumbing issues. I really can't say enough about our tech and experience, I hope Olympic recognizes the gem they have representing them.

I had a cast-iron sewer pipe that had developed a lot of scale that caused a blockage. Vernon from Olympic Plumbing Technology came out and showed me the exact condition of the pipe with his video scope for free. He gave me a bid that was much less than a previous company’s bid for this work. I was given a detailed explanation for the work that was recommended. The team showed up at the scheduled time, and the work was done in a very professional manner. I was very happy with the whole process and would recommend this company without reservation.

When DJ was at the house to clear a drain, he inspected my pipes in my crawl space and recommended I replace my 57 year old pipes. They looked horrible and probably wS causing other drain issues. He came today and in 3 hours replaced the first run of pipe and took care of drainage problem for my washing machine. 1st time in 3 years I did not have to stand by watching my washing machine drain to prevent overflow.
