Johnny is amazing great customer service skills just a great person all the way around. You can tell he truly cares and loves what he does.

The customer service was fantastic. The sales person /Lady was very helpful and went above and beyond in finding correct fitting comfortable walking shoe's. Especially for my wife who had an ankle surgery so needed special attention. The sales lady spent 30 minutes or so and made sure that my wife got a perfect pair of shoe's. I will always shop at this location just because of her. I am glad that humble and helpful people still exists.

Great deals and so much to shop for. The staff was Amazing!! They answered every question I had and schooled on the best shoes for foot pain. Staff was friendly, warm and inviting.

Solid staff, they were super kind and patient. Definitely happy with the options there too, and happened to catch a buy one get one 75% when wife and I both needed shoes. It was great and we were able to save compared to what we were going to spend online.

Before I walked in to ASICS I went to four other shoe stores, looking for a good pair of shoes. STEPHANIE immediately greeted me and stopped what she was doing to offer assistance. She answered all my questions and added a few questions of her own before she ever made a suggestion. Now... THAT is what I call service. She quickly knew what type of show I should consider and when I tried the shoe it was a huge, pleasant surprise. I po a ly could have purchased cheaper shoes elsewhere, but the amazing service level definitely made me a believer in the brand.

I live ASICS sneakers and since Sports Authority website out if business, this their outlet stores are the only place to get them. So I actually make the drive from Tarzana to Camarillo every time I need new sneakers.

They have unmatched support and comfort, and are usually pretty stylish too. My one complaint about them is that the mesh often rips after a few months. They’re easy to snag. Though (knock on wood) my current sneakers seem to have a different material mesh, so maybe that will address the issue.

The staff is always very friendly and helpful. My only complaint about the store is that they’re still expensive, even at an outlet store. Normally I’d give it a 4 for that.... but if I’m still driving from tarzana to Camarillo for sneakers, they’re doing something right and deserve a 5.

Jorden was extremely helpful and so concerned about getting me in the right shoe. I had been given the wrong shoes in my last vist to Asics that were for people who have pronation. As I have high arches and my feet supanate. I was in pain wearing the wrong shoes. Jorden got me kn the right shoes and exchange the 2 pairs I had previously bought. Excellent customer service. Thank you!
