My husband and I ended up needing a rental home asap a year and a half ago. We saw a listing on Forsyth and Rizzie and loved it. Long story short, we lived there for a year and a half, no problems. Andrea was always there for us. Answering text and phone calls. In the end we decided we wanted to buy a home. Andrea recommend a great Lender.
Synergy Lending. They are amazing. Andrea was there along With Rob helping us through out the whole process. I couldn't of asked for anything more from these two and Rob Birkla on the Lender side. Thanks to them we now own a home. Thank you Forsyth and Rizzie for all your help and hard work. I would recommend you to anyone that need to buy or sell a home.

Robert and Andrea are the best!! We sold our house and had a nitemare of an escrow!! Robert went over and above his responsibilities to be sure everything was handled!!! I would have lost it if it wasn't for his knowledge and guidance! If you want someone you can count on Robert and Andrea are the ones for you!!!

I used Robert Rizzie as my real estate Agent as he is well know in the Oxnard/Ventura area. Robert was friendly and very professional. He kept regular contact with me, which meant I did not have to chase him around at all. Robert was excellent through the processing of the sale as well. Nothing was to much trouble, great advice on other third party services, which I used. All in all I would highly recommend using Forsyth and Rizzie Realtors!

Something is wrong with these people!!! Lack of communication, and you just don't know who is who!! If you are looking for a home, look somewhere else. Waste of time.

Met Robert at a rental property that he was showing me, first off he didn't even introduce himself when we got there. Should have been the first red flag of the bad customer service I was about to receive. I applied for one of the rental properties that he manages the same day because I was clearly in a hurry to lease a property. I never received notification that my application had been received so I followed up the next day. I let a few hours pass without a response so I called him, he couldn't give me an answer him mumble a bunch of excuses as to why he couldn't look at my application. Talking about he didn't know when the place would be cleaned up or something about the windows. Once again I told him I needed an answer because I am leaving Sunday for 2 weeks on a military training then when I come back I am being transferred to the base in Oxnard. From what I have always known properties are first come first serve that is why I applied as soon as I left the property. As you can see on the picture that I am uploading he hasn't even had the courtesy to text me back. For being the owner of this business he lacks customer service skills. As an owner of a rental property myself if I found out that my rental had the potential to be rented out sooner rather than later I would take my business somewhere else. Mind you I drove 3 hours only to be disrespected.
