Susanville Supermarket IGA

This is really nice store to shop in. They have clerks so you don't have to self checkout.
The have a long line every morning at the donut counter... Must be the best donuts in town😂.
Everything is easy to find.
The deli has a great selection.
The bathrooms are clean!

You just have to get there before the highschool kids do on their way to school in the morning. Their Apple Fritters are superb for a small town where I never thought I would get my Apple Fritter fix, they have made me quite happy. And the fast and very friendly staff all throughout the store in every department really make this a place one wants to go grocery shopping. Also they have a "LUCKY" self serve lottery machine which has already made someone a millionare..... whos next?

Nate, in the meat department, is very helpful. He took the time to answer my questions about the different cuts and quality of steak and even custom cut some steaks for a barbecue. Very outstanding customer service... This employee made a very good impression. The meet department here is good. IGA makes sure customers have top quality meats and steaks available... thanks for the great rib eyes!

I had a great shopping experience. Its shelves are fully stocked and very clean . The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable, and the check out is very fast, professional, and friendly. Ashley gives you great customer service she's a great employee 👏 😃🙂😀

There was a BBQ outside and tri tip BBQ sandwiches were some if the best I've had in a long while! So good! And the store as a store in a small town should be, was very clean, friendly and helpful. I shall return for more BBQ lol

My favorite grocery store! It's always clean, and they have exceptional produce and meats. The shelves are always stocked. But what makes this store special are the employees. Everyone I've ever come into contact with has been friendly and helpful. They seem to really like their jobs!

Shout out to Anna who took my cake order. She was very kind and patient. I went into IGA in a bad mood and left with a smile on my face because of Anna. She brightened my day. I appreciated the time she took to help me with my order. This bakery is the best.

I love going places where I feel welcome. Not even once has anyone of IGA's employees ever been rude or even non social. The vegetables are always clean and fresh looking,

My favorite store in Susanville, Ca. Love their deli and love the meats! Fair prices as well. Nice people too! Oh, and if I spend over 100.00 I get a free cake!

Thorough enjoy shopping at Susanville Supermarket. Did you know that the on site butcher will cut meat to fit your needs! We had pork chops cut as thick as a New York steak! Their renovations are great!

I love getting the old fashioned donuts here and the staff all make Susanville what it is. But do not steal from here. The owner is the Liam Neeson of groceries.

The donuts and the ladies that serve them are the best! Produce and meats are far better quality then the other big chain store in town and the store is a big sponsor of local events and youth activities. Can't beat shopping local!
