They have been nothing but helpful to my husband and I. They have went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle is being repaired correctly and worked with us to ensure that we were happy. The service manager Chris really has been an angel through this whole ordeal. He has been kind and helpful knowing our situation. I am very grateful for him and his whole team from sales to service we are pleased 😀 🙌 he is even helping us to ensure that we aren't without a vehicle while ours is fixed ❤ very impressed now that is what you call customer care and service!!

Susanville Ford has literally the best service department of any dealership I have EVER been to!

On a road trip to an off-road rally I had my radiator blow while driving through Susanville! Not only was Jerrika and her service department exceptional (tech Josh coming in for diagnostics on his day off etc) but working as fast as they could to get me back on the road and allowing us to make it to the start line of the rally and compete for 10 days off-road without any issues! This would not have been possible with the service team at Susanville Ford!

Just recently, my husband randomly was driving the same route I had taken and was concerned about a possible issue with the truck he was driving! Jerrika once again came to our rescue and was able to diagnosis that there was nothing to worry about and he was on his way! So amazing!!! Thank you Susanville Ford for being outstanding!

The best service team I’ve ever come across in the West. Customer Service Manager Jerrika kept me informed, answered all my questions and did it all with a smile! I was traveling through when my truck had issues. They got me back on the road and my truck runs better than it ever has!

Susanville Ford was the best experience I've ever had with a dealership. My Ram Promaster van had both engine light and ETS lights blaring up a steep pass, but after hopping on the phone with the dealership they were able to see me the very same day despite it being close to end of day (I live and work out of my van). Jerrika Gonzalez was especially helpful in the office, and the work was prompt in the shop. They discovered that a different dealership had done their job incorrectly several weeks prior and damaged a part that was causing the lights. Jerrika got on the phone with them and stayed on the line until she could find the parts manager and ensure that they pay for the new repair. I had to stay in town for the next week waiting for a part and Jerrika made sure that I was able to stay in the lot across the street, which she didn't have to do. Everyone was prompt, kind, and professional, and any news on diagnosis and repair were reported to me right away. I'm so glad that if my van had to fall apart on me, it fell apart only 15 minutes from Susanville Ford!

I am 1,851 Miles from their dealership, yet they made it the easiest to buy from. I've been looking for over a month at local dealerships within 100 miles from me and it has been nothing but a headache. Decided to Branch out out of state and came across a vehicle at their dealership. I called one morning and Pat picked up the phone. He went over the vehicle with me and I told him I wanted it, between Pat and Shane (finance manager) they made this process unbelievably easy being so far away. Easy to work with, caring, quick responses, and nothing but the best experience I had with this dealership and these two guys. They took care if all the paper work, the shipping of the car, everything. 100% satisfied.

Our vehicle had a service recall notice. We contacted the dealership a few times to ask about the parts being in stock. Once the products were available, our vehicle was fixed and exceeded expectations. Friendly and efficient staff at this location which makes it easy to want to do business with them. She is the best, and I know this because I have been dealing With different Ford companies my entire adult life and nothing compares to our service we get at Susanville Ford! Bought an F-150 through Susanville Ford in late 2019. This was the 4th vehicle I've purchased new, and it was by far the easiest. I didn't have to sit in a financing office for hours. They didn't try to force feed me extras like ceramic paint and underbody coatings. It was straightforward and fast. They really took care of me. Well worth the drive from Redding. I'm still waiting on a call back from Crown Ford.

The service department at Susanville Ford is great. The work has always been done well and quickly. The folks there treat customers as if their business actually matters to them. You feel like you're valued. I give them a huge thumbs up.

Susanville ford got me in, to service my 2011 ford f150 the very next day. The pricing was fair and the work is always honest. Never ever had a problem with any repair or service that they've done on any of my vehicles, and I've spent thousands with them over the years. I'll be back in the future with any services or repairs I might need. 10/10 highly recommend them.

Service was fast and professional. I lost my tail-light unexpectedly it was completely gone. So, I figured I was going to get a fixit-ticket. But they were able to get me booked immediately and had everything in stock. I even got another spare key.

My brand new F150 started acting up on our trip and thankfully we were near a dealership. Not exactly how we wanted to start our honeymoon, but worse things could have happened. After a few hours they diagnosed the problem and weren't gonna be able to get the part for week. They put us in a rental and we continued on. On our return trip, we checked back in, and still no part. A little discouraged, we drove the rental home. The dealership is 2 hours from home, so I wasn't looking forward to the 4 hour round trip ahead when the truck was finished. They called me a few days later to let me know the truck was done, Brandon informed me that they had a gentleman available to drive the truck over the next morning. Not only did they deliver the truck as promised, but also left me with a full tank of gas. Top notch service if you ask me. Thank you Brandon and the rest of your crew for the great customer service and saving me the 4 hour trip. You guys keep up the good work.

So far they have provided star service. We'd been traveling South when our car developed service requiring parts and labor beyond simple repair. They delivered us to a hotel in Reno and are handling the rental car home. It is a warranty issue but just like home, they bent over backwards to provide a solution we could work with. I have to return to retrieve out Jeep when finished but actually look forward to it

Very good. Especially Josh in the Service Dept. He's the very best. Helped me with a lift gate issue on my 2022 Edge that could be dangerous. I hope Ford does something about it soon before someone gets hurt!!

Couldn't be happier with the vehicle and purchase experience at Susanville Ford when buying my new SUV. They were more than accomodating with the purchase and taking delivery of the vehicle, since we were from out of the area. Our salesman, Shane, was beyond helpful with any questions or information I needed. Great communication throughout the purchase process. Would definitely purchase from Susanville Ford again.
