This store is one of the best run stores around this area also a very well stocked store. They have it all. Also there prices are bearable in these high inflationary times. So enjoy your time at a great place. Where you can afford to shop

Very quiet shopping after 6pm. I mean Susanville isn't a huge town. Clean store, friendly customer service.

Stopped here for some fishing stuff. Not a whole lot of selection but they had what we needed. We bought ice and an ice chest form here too. Some camping gear. It was a nice walmart. The parking was not bad compared to what we usually deal with.

This Walmart has parking for RVs. Very easy in and out at light. No fresh meat market, but very nice store.

Great shopping experience here. Came in from out of town to grab some supplies for my time visiting. Impressed how this store compares to other Walmarts I have been in. All employees and managers were extremely friendly and helpful. Employess would stop what they were doing to ensure I was finding everything OK. Would definitely shop at this location again.

I had to buy a new phone and the customer service in electronics was exemplary. Jason was friendly, very knowledgeable and very quick to help me. They really need to turn off the store speakers in this area of the store as carrying on a conversation with the staff is very difficult with Musak and the TVs running at the same time.

Very well stocked. I was able to buy the chunky yarn to finish my granddaughters baby blanket and found my favorite boots in my size!

The pharmacy staff rock and are totally amazing people definitely will recommend going here

I can't really think of anything negative to say about our Susanville Walmart. It has been a little annoying to figure out the new layout, but that's about it. The store is clean and organized. Everyone that I have dealt with there has been polite, friendly and helpful. I love the curbside pickup option if I don't want to go in and shop. Super convenient to order my stuff the night before and pick up the next day. They load it up and everything. Easy peasy. Great job 👍

I want to work in Fabrics. Had some difficulty with the online app at the local career network in 2021. They were aware and I believe it was being corrected. Really miss the individual Walmart application booths!!!

amaizing customer service. Employees retrievied carts ,soil, this is a clean store. Employees in the garden section were very friendly. I used to fear large stores but this store is awesome. checkers are so nice and dont make me feel rushed.
