Diamond Mountain Casino & Hotel

This hotel is surprisingly amazing. The rooms are super spacious and actually pretty nice, with a huge bed and a comfortable couch. They have modern TVs where you can cast as well. Plenty of pillow. They even have a bottle opener in the room which we really needed at the time. Came in clutch. They ALSO HAVE LIQUID HAND SOAP. I'm not sure why that's pretty rare but I loved that they had it. Anyways yea service was a little slow but we did check in late. Very helpful though! And food was deeeeelish

Comfortable beds, soft linens, and good pillows. Bathrooms are a little dark in the shower. Got a great salad in the restaurant. All of this made a rough trip more pleasant. Ample parking for the Uhaul truck.

Stopped in for dinner, the environment and service was excellent. I ordered the street tacos and didn't care for them to much, they had to many pieces of hard grisel in the meat. Next time I will try another dish. The people were very nice and the service was great.

The most comfortable beds clean environment for the whole family always have a good time at DMCH the food is great and service is excellent, friendly and helpful. Thanks for the best I recommend it to all for any gathering or functoin.

I am in love with the restaurant's new makeover, the food is great and is appropriately priced! It's your standard casino in a state that only allows it on tribal land, staff are friendly and are quick to help.

Just a reminder that as stated in the name, this is a casino AND hotel. You might smell cigarette smoke but it's literally one building attached so if you need it, request a non smoking room. Also, don't know what the last review was on but they are severely wrong lol

It's a nice quiet little Casino it's off the main roads so you got to take a little drive to it. They don't print out tickets they use a scan card which I thought was absolutely wonderful. The people there were great, and I love how they love Halloween

My first time here. Casino side is a little small but it is in a small town. Bed was super comfortable and shower was great!

Warm welcoming hotel with Tesla supercharger and special entrance for Tesla guests. The reception lady “Merly” was so kind and let us to use their WiFi.

I absolutely love the rooms there, especially the ones with the jacuzzi in the room!!! They are very clean and the staff people are very nice. The casino part is always very clean and the staff is always attentive to you and the location of the casino is very nice also. And the restaurant is also excellent 👍👌

Wonderful front desk customer service. The Coffee Shop was awesome and the young lady behind the counter was super sweet. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the bed is amazing 💤 best sleep ever! The restaurant inside the Casino was good too. I'd stay here again and not on business either.

First time I've ever been there and on my first spin I got $500 awesome place awesome service in the restaurant has very good food

This place is an unexpected delight. The employees are friendly and helpful. The card system, that replaces the typical casino ticket, saves paper and I support the attempt. It's actually a great idea and I got used to it nearly immediately. When I went home, I shared this idea in a comment card i filled out for a local casino.
The restaurant food was decent and a good price. I liked the portions and had leftovers for later. Our waitress was very attentive and certainly seemed to enjoy her work. You can pick up on this kind of stuff pretty easily. I don't like to feel unwelcomed by an employee who hates their job.
I am not going to lie and say that I won big or even a little. I played responsibly and enjoyed the machines that would be considered
" old school". I noticed most patrons seemed to be jovial and the atmosphere was filled with laughter. I would definitely return, when possible.
That is the best comment I could make because I live close to 3 other casino that are much closer than this one.

Good rooms, good location. Won 100$ in their casino. would definitely stay there again!

excellent place to stay and rest, a few days in the Susanville area, the rooms very clean and very comfortable.

Stayed here for a night without a particular interest in gambling. I found all the staff to be kind and accommodating. The amenities were great and available late. Definitely hoping to stay again when I'm in the area.

I've stayed at the Casino twice and have had an excellent stay each time. The rooms are modern with all the amenities you expect, and the hot tub is extra nice!
The restaurant inside the Casino is the true star or the place though, some of the best fish and chips outside of the U.K.

We stopped for the night on our way to Oroville, California and really enjoyed playing the machines, great customer service by all employees that we came into contact with. The rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet!
I would definitely recommend Diamond Mountain Casino to anyone!

My husband and I had dinner there on December 21. Steak was cooked just right, baked potato was good and the mixed vegetables seasoned very well. Salad was fresh and took our dessert home for later. The food quality is much better than in years past. When you get a new chef in there, keep them. Your chef did right and spot on. We'll be back again
