One of the store managers (Luly) was such a great help! She shipped some boots to my house because they didn't have them in stock. We bought 7 pairs of Merrells because of her amazing personality and customer service! If the regional managers are paying attention, please give her a raise!

Decent prices on Merrell hiking boots, staff is koledgable and friendly willing to help. I've been going here for at least three years every few months for shoes for work, and I will keep going back for more.

Pricey shoes, but you get what you pay for. Great customer service. We had an issue with a pair of shoes that we bought (wrong size) and they fixed it right there at the register.
