I've shopped at Rack Room Shoes for decades. I went on Wednesday to take advantage of their BOGO for:50% off, but they didn't have the 2nd pair. So Melody hooked me up and 2 days later my 2nd pair of Skechers showed up. Thank you!

Great selection of all styles from sandals to basketball shoes to steel toed boots. Had a buy one get one 50% off sale, walked out with brand new work boots and Puma sneakers for under $100. Super friendly staff of young ladies here. Definitely recommend to all!

I ordered from their 800 number and spoke to Natalie, asking her if the color I wanted was in stock, as everywhere else I had tried had no stock. Within minutes she confirmed stock was available, took my order on Thursday Sept 3rd 2020 - they arrived Friday September 4th 2020. Shoes were perfect, size was perfect, FREE DELIVERY. BEST SERVICE ON THE WEB IN MY BOOK.

The employees here take the time to make sure th as t you get the right shoe that fits properly. For a large store in an outlet mall, I'm truly impressed. Don't shy away from asking for a little bit of help.

You can get a really good deal on shoes here but they won’t have the most popular styles or freshest shoes.

They were very helpful. Shoes for the whole family. They also have sale stuff too. Come in comfortable shoes to walk mall.
