Aurora Martinez was very polite. She went above and beyond for me. I was very impressed. I got upset at first because I was didn’t know how to react to everything. She called National general for me. She did everything and I really appreciate it so much and thank you so much.

Aurora and the guy that work there are absolutely awesome. They are friendly, fast and courteous. i love that they give courtesy calls when my policy is due or about to get cancelled for non payment. i get busy and forget sometimes. they make sure i am aware . I highly recommend them. my monthly insurance bill is the best price i found in town.

This was hands down the BEST insurance experience I have ever had.. I had just purchased a new truck and need "cheap" insurance but I really didn't want to skimp on the coverage, my friend had suggested to go to a "broker" because they give you really cheap rates and I was very skeptical walking in to Acceptance Insurance but I sat down with Emmanuel and I let him know my situation all the while expecting a ridiculous price, he really went above and beyond with me to explain in detail with me what coverages would fit my budget he even called my bank and gave them the info about my insurance to help them finalize my loan... Witch i didn't even know they would need... Highly recommended Emmanuel at Acceptance is a true PRO. 5 Stars.
