You know what to expect. Great prices. Friendly and helpful staff here. Sometimes you may get a dud tool, but they will replace it when you do.

You don't find tools at Lowe's / Home Depot.... Harbor freight is your one stop shop for tools.

I wanted to buy a socket set but had questions. The gal who 1st helped me was very nice & knowledgeable but we got beyond our understanding & a male who clearly understood the products & what would best serve my needs, then educated both of us. I’ve had a career in mechanical industry but I was so impressed this man did NOT try to invalidate us (which is common😢). He was happy to share his knowledge and insure the I got the exact tools I needed. I had gone to Home Depot & the guy in the tool crib just pointed at the bits & walked away. I’m not doing commercial work with my tools so I will continue to source Harbor Freight FIRST!!! Corps are in the process of eliminating their service folks. A HUGE MISTAKE!!! I walk out empty handed if the company can’t bother to have competent employees.
Thank you Harbor Freight Mgmt for being the one to value CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I’m sorry I didn’t get names but it was Vta store @ 2 pm. They both deserve pay raises!!!!

Great place for cheap tools. Be prepared to take time to find coupons but it's worth it.

The hand tools are descent i like the all black . Battery charger is a good buy. Also Dremel stuff is addicting I'm thinking to buy a welder from here. I just enjoy HF. The power washer wasn't the best but I bought cheaper than the cheap one so it's not as good of one that I would prefer. I forget the brand name right now but it's bright 🍏

Always have most things I'm looking for. Prices have gone up quite a bit since my last visit but still less expensive than most other storessellingthe same items . But they did make a large improvement to the store and have to say it was a nicer shopping experience.

I don't know why I'm rating this place I can't imagine there's anyone that hasn't been here but on that chance there is here's the deal. Everyone says if you're not using the tool as a professional this is the place to go the tools are good they have a huge selection of many things related to tools and very reasonably priced. The truth is even the professional can gain quality, well made, tools that will get the job done and most of them can handle a lot of use I suspect maybe sometimes you'll run across one that can't but I'm sure it'll happen so fast that they would refund it or replace it and then you'd have one that lasts so I guess what I'm saying is no matter who you are whether you're the weekend warrior professional or remodeling your own home you can save a lot of money and a lot of aggravation by shopping here. You definitely should go at least once to get an idea what they have because they can solve a lot more problems than you might think. I don't know if the fact that it's a local company Oxnard but it's very well stocked one of my favorite places to shop
