I brought in my 2011 Ford Focus because my AC wasn't cooling. Bob, the head mechanic, did an analysis of the system and isolated the problem to be my evaporator. It was leaking so that's why I had hardly any coolant in my system. Todd, the manager, gave me an estimate of the cost and the time needed to fix it.

Later that day, I came by the shop to check on the progress. My car dashboard was all taken apart. With pieces on the back seat on the front floor and even on the roof. It was explained to me that the whole AC system was mounted on the dashboard, hence the disassembly. Looking at it, I didn't think they could have it done at the estimated time.
Todd just smiled and reassured me.

At the promised time, I got a call that the car was finished. When I got to the shop, i found it all out together, all cleaned and most importantly, the AC was running really well. And when i went into the office to pay, I found out that the bill even came to a little under the estimate.

Great Work !!! The people are very professional and talked straight. The pricing was very fair and the quality of work was excellent.

Last week my engine light lit up and I dropped off my car the following morning with Todd. Wthin 30 minutes i received a call with a full diagnosis and gave me several options as well. Once I gave them the green light to proceed, within a few hours my car was ready for pickup. My car is now running beautifully. Two thumbs up!!

Fantastic place. I’m handicapped and they bent over backwards to help me get my truck fixed. Todd even personally came to my house picked up my truck , preformed all the work it needed then he brought it back in great shape. I would definitely recommend T&T ( I have ) to family and friends.

Finally found an honest, reliable, professional auto mechanics in town. A family owned business by The Harter Family with years of experience in the field. We have taken our cars to different shops prior taking it to TNT & their diagnostic are far from what the "other guy" says. They are more on safety of their clients than making BIG BUCKS, no wonder most of their clienteles are totally word of mouth!!! I will highly recommend TNT to my family & friends. I am NOT a car person, that's for sure. I am so so incredibly grateful for Todd and his staff for giving me peace of mind when it comes to automotive work. these guys treat you with respect, communicate really well and are very trustworthy. I've had them work on my vehicles, including my 300k mile BMW X3, since they started their business and they have never failed to save me lots of money over any other repair shop.

The best shop ever!! Tod was amazing he got me in on a holiday weekend and took care of me! There’s not a lot of shops left like this one!
