Arely was absolutely INCREDIBLE! I am a very nervous person and called a bit early but Arely helped me find a better plan than the one I was in. Since i had called early Arely sent me a quick email so respond to and we set a call back time which allowed me to go take care of a couple things while we waited for 9am to roll around. They chated with me and wished me a happy early birthday while documents were signed. It felt as though I was speaking to a friend. 1000% on customer service and incredible knowledge
