I purchased my kiddos a computer last summer. My son's monitor was acting up, so I took it in and they exchanged it, no problem. I had purchased the warranty of course. The employees here are knowledgeable, kind and helpful. Highly recommend

Dell Representative helped me out with questions about a new All-In-One computer for my children. They were very helpful. Then the Best Buy Sales Specialist helped me save money by working with how my "interest free credit" on my Best Buy Credit Card was being utilized.

I had a problem with a brand new computer and online tech said I should just return it. Isaac was efficient and was able to bypass some of the problems with the computer that blocked even being able to wipe it. Isaac gets 5 stars for going above and beyond in knowledge and juggling the demands of the customer service desk; I got out of there quicker than expected.

Quick easy pick up of my online order. Ready in less than an hour. Great experience!!

I must say, I am so glad that I purchased the yearly services contract. I highly recommend it to anyone who owns electronics. You just don't know when you will need support. Beau was incredibly patient, helping an elderly gentleman and explaining things. Then he helped me to make sure I understood my problem and how it was corrected. A great addition to the staff.

Great experience at Best Buy on Newport Highway. Jordan is an incredible associate and helped me purchase my first Xbox console! She was super helpful and provided excellent customer service. I will definitely be coming back to this location! 10/10 would recommend :)

Found help right away. Friendly and knowledgeable. Helped us out with our TV and loaded it in our truck. They had a great deal on an LG OLED tv.

Found a great deal on 32" smart tvs. Ended up buying 4 of them! Only $75, so 2 for my motorhome, 2 for my home. Found the deal online. They had a whole stack of them, check out was easy and quick. In, bought, and back out again in less than 15 minutes. Staff were friendly and helpful. I hate shopping, but this was an almost pleasant experience.

We were parked in the parking lot when a car parked too close to our truck, the couple went in the store. I had a hard time getting out of our vehicle because of how close the car was. We did our business in the store. We came out and one of the employees came to us telling us that the woman from this car had keyed our vehicle. That couple quickly drove off. The employee had gotten a picture if the license plate and told us there was cameras. We were glad the employee had taken a Picture of the license plate.

Pedro and Dustin are an amazing duo! Not only did they do an incredible job with my stereo, they were very knowledgeable about car audio in general. I'm def recommending their services to others.

Too many things to choose from for wifi cameras. Arlos turns out to be the ones bought.. seems ok so far. Now if I can actually catch the people stealing from our jobsite. It will be way worth the money..

Although I would buy all my appliances at Fred's They are excellent. The staff is Always Knowledgeable and They are there to help you with anything you need!

I had a great experience at Best Buy last night and I definitely recommend this store because of the great staff. I had an issue locating an item that appeared to be available at the store but luckily an employee, Swim, was able to locate the item after some searching. Jae checked me out and was friendly and helpful as well. I'll be back in the future!
