Great customer service! Nicole is the best! Every question or problem I run into she is always has the answer for it. I would highly recommend anyone to use Superior Self Storage as their choice for a storage unit.

I’m a full time college student who had a break in her lease contract over the summer. I needed a place to store my stuff for a little over a month and found this storage site! Customer service was fantastic!! Nicole (the property manager) made sure to answer all my questions since this was my first time renting any unit ever. She was so sweet and got back to me incredibly fast if i ever left any voicemails after hours. Super thankful the owners were very understanding and accommodating with my college schedule and budget. Although it’s located behind a couple businesses it still has a locked gate that made the whole site secure. Our unit was one of the smallest (5x5 or 5x6sh I believe?) inside a hallway and was able to fit items from 2 women bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a good amount of kitchen items when stacked. Although the unit was not temp controlled, the Sacramento/Davis/Woodland area had a heatwave up to 113 degrees and everything was perfectly okay. Had absolutely no bad experiences and will be back again! (:

We picked this place to put my daughter's stuff because she goes to UC Davis and we needed a place to store everything for the summer between her dorms and getting into an apartment. It was clean, had good reviews, and offered really good rates. In retrospect, the peace of mind of leaving our things here was above and beyond our expectations! Nicole (the manager there) was most attentive, caring, and wonderful! She was extremely responsive and helped us in every way she could (which makes a huge difference!). This is a great storage place with excellent service!

First Rate Storage!!! First rate facilities and first rate staff. Grounds are always kept clean and area is nice and quiet, just like I like it. Staff is awesome. Always staying vigilant and having an on site manager eases my mind. I know my things are safe. Thank you ladies!!! Keep doing what you do. It works.

Great little affordable storage facility. If you can find it!! Tucked behind the McDonald's and blackbear diner. The units are clean, reasonably priced, and just about the right size for what you may need.

I've been dealing with Nicole now for possibly 5 years. She is a star and always helpful when I need a storage unit.

Went in about seeing a unit spoke to an Erika was very friendly and courteous and has great knowledge of units they have, took one look at the suff I have in my truck and knew exactly the storage size I need. Very happy with my visit.

Wonderful location, fair prices, always well maintained. Came here just after moving to the area, was quickly set up with a space that suits my needs. Staff are friendly and attentive, autopay function online is a lifesaver.
