Courtyard by Marriott Oxnard Ventura

Great location, centeral to all the after work activities. Nice room, will stay again if I'm ever back on business.

I was there for a celebration of life event for a deceased person. Courtyard Marriott provided food and drink and did an outstanding job of it.

We stayed there for my nephew wedding that was on site. Staff was very friendly and worked to get us checked in early before rehearsal. Very convenient location. Rooms were very clean. Was very quiet at night. The little store they have is pretty pricey. Other than that I have no complaints!!!

35th Hueneme High School Reunion class of 88 was held Saturday the 5th 2023. Great venue, staff and overall atmosphere. Thank you Courtyard by Marriott Oxnard, Ca. Class of 69, 87, 91 & 98 were also represented by a few of the attendees! Go Vikings!

Excellent service, large comfortable rooms in a usually tranquil environment. Which also offers good accommodations. Its also located in great area if you're staying in a hotel. In walking distances of good shopping, close to good restaurants and various other businesses. It's also right off the 101 freeway. Making it easy to leave the city without getting stuck in traffic. The staff are friendly and attentive. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

I travel the country on a regular basis, and I only stay at Marriot hotels. Of all the hotels I have stayed at in the past year, the staff at Marriot Oxnard Ventura are a notch above the rest. I have never felt more welcomed and taken care of as a guest than I did at this hotel. Every one of the staff members from the housekeeping, maintenance, front desk, and bistro were exceptionally friendly and kind. It truly made my stressful work trip a delight for me.

To the staff, you are all truly incredible and an example for the rest of the hospitality industry on how to treat guests the right way. I will always recommend that anyone I know in the area stays at your hotel and I will let them know how incredibly friendly, kind and helpful the staff is. Thank you again.

In terms of the rooms, nice and spacious. Love having my own deck to enjoy some rays! Good amenities, I really liked the Paul Mitchell tea tree set in the showers, great for sensitive/dry scalps. The air conditioners are not in the best layout. Their placement doesn’t allow them to evenly cool the room but if you leave it on your entire stay it does a decent job, just expect some cold spots and hot spots around your room in terms of temperature. Beds are relatively comfy, typical hotel bed. I wish the TV’s were larger but that’s because I stay in these hotels for work and love kicking back and watching a movie after a 12 hour day.

All in all, it’s what you’d expect from a mid tier Marriot hotel. Rooms are just as good as the Ventura Beach Marriot nearby which I stayed at last month. Having a balcony at this Marriot was definitely better, you pay extra at the Beach one and not every room has one like they did here.

I think what makes this hotel truly stand out, is their exceptional staff. They made my stay a breeze and were on top of any problems I had very quickly, as well as helping me change rooms mid stay per my request. A team member insisted on helping me move my luggage from the first room to my second. Top notch service. Thank you!

Beautiful. We had to leave early due to an unrelated event but check in was easy, friendly and efficient. The room was clean, inviting, very spacious. The bathroom was fantastic as I needed a shower due to limited mobility. We had a shower and tub. Great for family needing both! I'll be back to this property!!

I was present for a wedding, they were super accommodating after I lot my car key, that took 3 days to rekey due to insurance. I believe the head of the staff was named Tom, super friendly, Super helpful, patient, everything worked out, 2 days later......Marriott was very helpful and made no stink with my car being parked for free for a couple days before key cutter svc. Showed. Rooms are clean towels on the plenty, great sevc. It a win win in Agoura Hills !

I was a guest for a party held in one of the meeting rooms. It was clean and spacious. Staff was friendly. Courtesy restrooms in good working order and cleaned regularly. I don't stay in the rooms. Minor downside its proximity to the 101, so freeway noise while in the courtyard area. Well stocked bar.

The room was great and luckily the check in was easy. The room seemed as clean as they could be I like the fact that there was a microwave and a fridge the ice machine was also conveniently on our floor and overall the whole place was quiet and hidden behind some business buildings that were closed . The only problem is that we were awakened by the sound of train horns but all night I was quiet. I also like the fact that we have balconies and that the doors actually opened. Didn't get a chance to check out the pool but will do next time.

This place is located right off the freeway and has so many restaurants and shopping nearby.

I visited the Courtyard by Marriott to attend a formal dinner for my Navy Reserve unit. The lobby was clean and modern, the staff greeted me and my wife as we entered, and the room where we had the event was clearly marked and easy to find. Our dinner was outstanding - my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our dishes, and the wait staff was fantastic. Everything about the experience is exactly what I would expect from a Marriott, which is to say that it was wonderful in every way. Thanks again!

Location was secluded. It can't be seen off the crossroads. It was perfect though because it was so quiet and peaceful. They had plenty of parking spaces. Rooms were clean and spacious with a balcony for the upper floors. Staff were very friendly and informative. I would definitely recommend staying here to friends and family.

Had a great experience at this hotel. We got a remodeled suite and it was very nice and chic. Front desk was friendly, helpful, and answered any questions we had. The downstairs Bistro was very nice and roomy. Will definitely stay here if we are in town again.

From the beginning my family and I were greeted by very friendly and helpful staff. The room service, restaurant, and Starbucks inside provided outstanding and quick service. Overall would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great rooms and awesome experiences.

Great customer service. Nice and clean rooms. Great food selection for a quick bite. Good spot for business travels if you need a quiet place to stay. It is conveniently located near many locations for business and pleasure. The staff is very friendly and helpful and go out of the way to make you feel very welcome.

I believe the night managers name was Betty, and she’s the reason for the 5 stars. She went out of her way to make sure our wedding party could still hang out as a family. She was patient and kind and really the only saving grace for what was otherwise inconsistent service in a hotel that needs a little work. I’m sorry if that isn’t your name Betty but I do appreciate you.
