The food has outstanding flavor great little place for dining in or take out 👌👍🏼

Don't let the small size of this restaurant fool you. The flavor and quality of ingredients are top of the line. The super quesabirria is one of my favorites. Hand-made tortillas and homemade salsa are just a few of the reasons why I come here at least once a week. The el Diablo shrimp is another favorite. All you can eat chips and salsa bar too.

The tacos here, while absolutely delicious, are not the best tacos I've ever had. The tacos themselves get a 4/5 from me because I got two pieces of gristle in my meat.

HOWEVER, the salsa bar here is friggin awesome! I love that they have spicy and super spicy options.

The salsa bar alone is why I'm giving this place a 5/5.

Absolutely love this place. Amazing atmosphere and beautiful area to sit in. Food always comes out fast and hot, and is some of the best Mexican food in woodland. I love the nachos, and getting a plate with 4 or 5 different soft tacos, always perfect.

I have never been a big fan of Mexican food until I tried here due to right across the street from my son's home. Then I ate there 4 times in a row. Highly suggest the fish tacos!

Sometimes, there's a place that is so good that I need to frequent it as often as I can. I love Mexican food! There's so many places to choose from. The reason why I'm taking a few minutes out of my day to review this place is because I truly enjoy grabbing something to eat here. Iguana's to me serves one of the best tasting burritos I've eaten. I have eaten at places in SoCal, Vegas, and at Zocalo. Their burritos are awesome, but on the pricier end. If you want a clean, fresh tasting, fast go-to place, you go to Iguana's. I go in there and order my favorite shrimp or Veggie Burrito, light rice and boom. It's done in less than 5 minutes. They cook it right then and there. Oftentimes, I go to the chips and salsa bar to get my complimentary chips and salsa (very few places still do this at no charge) then go back to my seat, my Burrito is done and waiting for me! They are amazingly fast. Wendy at the front who takes my order is the best. She and the other workers are very humble and hard-working. They serve you with a smile. The prices are affordable and you get quality fresh food. I try to frequent here when I can. When my adult kids are in town and craving for a Burrito, They ask me to take them to Iguana's. Even my daughter, who comes to visit from the East Coast, would ask me to take her there when she visits. I can write a novel about this place. They're good. Try it, you won't be disappointed. I come here at least once every two weeks.

Best Mexican Food in California.

Their specialty the quesabirria with tomatillo sauce is absolutely amazing. This is a “must” when coming to Woodland, CA

The carnitas plate here is sensationally savory! The music was good, the services was adequate and prompt and I’ll most certainly be returning.

Drove up and was concerned because it looked empty. Walked in and 6 people were inside. Figured we would try it....and it was some of the best mexican food I have ever had! Chips were delicious and they were free of charge, salsa bar had a great variety of choices!
Wish it was closer to home! We live 300 miles away!!!

I just happened across this place while working in the area. I had a carniasda burrito, it was so good. I took my family back that weekend and they loved it too. Very friendly atmosphere and employees had good customer service for sure.

I had the taco asada salad. It was fresh and the shell was at the right crisp easy for those without teeth.

Burritos and fajitas were excellent! Had fish fajitas and salsa verde fries. Both were done to perfection. Others in my party had burritos, shrimp cocktail, quesadillas. All gave thumbs up

So Well Balanced! I ordered the Fajita Quesadilla and a shrimp taco. It was the best take out food I had in the last 3 months! All ingredients were fresh and high quality. It was very vibrant and enjoyable!! I paired it with a glass Coca-Cola bottle and was truly satisfied.
