Providence Medical Park - Spokane Valley

I've been taking regular physical therapy for my back and shoulder and have had three different therapists. All are friendly informative and careful not to overwork me or cause unnecessary pain. The desk staff has been very helpful in making the 14 appointments I require and quickly got to know my face at check in making me feel welcome and respected. Even when the waiting room is packed my therapy always starts and ends on time with no unnecessary waiting. That's a rare find in anything medical these days. Yesterday I had an EKG done in the cardiology clinic and I was taken back 10 minutes early and finished in under half an hour. Providence is running a tight and efficient ship over there.

Urgent care was busy at opening, 8 people in line in front of me but that's expected! I usually go for labs here and it's often busy also. I visited cardiology last week and they were quick and efficient and Dr Lee was impressive wth what she knew about my issues and made me comfortable talking wth her! I recommend Providence Medical Building for many of your needs!

I live in Coeur d Alene, ID and willingly drive here anytime I need medical attention! Very short wait times and all of the staff have always been very friendly, comforting, and knowledgeable and make me feel safe and genuinely cared for no matter the reason I’ve gone.

My doctor is T. freeman. I was seen last month. He was able to get me to be seen with a dermatologist (my second opinion appointment), otherwise I’d be waiting u til January of next year. He actually cares for his patients, made the call and I was able to be seen with a cancellation from a dermatologist the next day. The staff were polite and effecient. We entered and were promptly helped and given directions. It was fast and convenient. This seems like an excellent place to have lab work done.

My doctor's office is now posting my medical records in people's homes people working remotely have access to my medical that's not okay no one asked if they could put my medical records online in someone's living room working I don't trust the privacy so I was looking into changing my doctor's office to Providence

Wait was very short. Staff was so nice and Dr Wheeler was AMAZING! We came in because our 3 year old shoved something in her nose and he saved us an ER visit and was able to get it out.

First time parent, went and got lab work done which required my little girl (11mo) to get blood drawn. The providence lab was on it! They came out into the lobby and gave our little one heating pads on both arms to make sure veins were showing, and reassured us they'd get an experienced tech to draw. We had three workers with us the entire time in the back and when they found a vein they double checked to make sure it was a good spot. The draw was very quick, as quick as I think it could possibly go, and they only had to poke her once! They were kind to my baby girl, playing peekaboo and giving her toys throughout. I cannot recommend these guys enough and it did wonders to relieve my stress.

Everyone was very professional and pleasant. Really no wait time as I had barely sat down and was called back to get my 2 procedures done.

It is sad to read all these awful reviews. I got Lucky I guess. I saw Dr. Brian Mitchell for my torn labrum in my left hip and he did the surgery. I will be returning to have him 5o the other one in a few months. Both times my family and I were here I was treated very well in all aspects. Maybe it is just the urgent care and inland imaging there that are having issues with people from what I have read. I was very pleased with the reception both times and the doctors office I saw. My surgeon isn't always at this location.

Had an appointment at Inland Imaging located in the same building as the urgent care. The staff were very professional and helpful.

Absolutely a five star experience with all the staff, came in needing an xray, stitches and splint and almost no wait time for anything. Always feel cared for and comfortable with the nurses and doctors at Providence.

Very Convenient as they have drs, a lab, a pharmacy, imaging and urgent care all in one building! My cardiologist, Dr. Le, is amazing! She is professional, yet kind and persistent. Appts are always on time and billed correctly. Theres always plenty of lab techs so blood draws are seamless AND Lots of Free parking!

GI, Urgent care, Lab and my primary Dr all Rock! Wish I could give 10 stars! Had a procedure there yesterday and it was the easiest, well organized and regardless of other comments they brought wife in for a kiss before getting wheeled back. Dr. Gaskari is so smart, kind and gentle! His staff absoultly amazing! This was my 5th colonoscopy and endoscopy in my 40 years and this was hands down the best and easiest on the patient side of things! Thanks Providence Medical Park!

I went to occupational medicine with a bad burn. the care and the caring were excellent, it did take almost 2 hours to be seen but when I was, I was treated with genuine care dignity respect and concern for my injury and comfort from both the nurse and the MD that treated me. I really appreciate them!

Courteous and speedy attention to your urgent care needs. (unlike U.S. Healthworks Unurgent care with up to 2 hour waits). Providence Med.Park @ Spokane Valley,Wa. doctors will be friendly and X-ray you promptly. The Rite-Aid pharmacy there has a friendly staff and the personnel at the Providence Med. park will wheel you out to your car on a wheelchair (as long as there is not too much snow on the ground). I like that new building, new equipment and personnel.

No problem with this facility or its urgent care. Yes there are wait times as people who are in worse shape get seen first. Lab results take time. People perhaps need to learn patience. If you were in bad shape you would want care fast.

I just want to say the gals in phlebotomy are some of the most helpful, knowledgeable and courteous people I could hope to run into. Especially Teresa. I have been going back and forth with my daughter and every time Teresa puts us both at ease. Thank you so very much. You are appreciated!

The best experience I've had. Simple hand surgery and was treated wonderfully by everyone from receptionist to preop..operating room and recovery. Thank you!!!

Was bitten in the neck and face and the dog park. Was taken to Valley Hospital by ambulance. I recieved fast and excellent care. PA went the extra mile cleaning the deep wounds due to potential infection.
Excellent care.
