This is our second stay at this RV park. It is so well kept. We absolutely love it. We got a pull through site for our 32 foot rig. It was right across from the bathroom. The bathrooms were always clean and well stocked. We used their showers just because ours doesn't have great hot water control. They were great! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Our dog Peachy loved the off leash dog park.

Beautiful, well kept resort. Very quiet and secluded, but conveniently located near freeway and shopping.
Dayna, the manager is awesome! Great customer service.

I like Boulder Creek RV . Getting a little spendy but always been treated. Good . The place is clean , quiet, good location. and a bonus it’s right next-door to the best car wash I’ve ever been to.

Great little park in Redding. Very well kept. Felt safe with the security patrolling all night to keep unwanted visitors out. Keycards for facility access was much better than memorizing codes and loved the fact the laundry machines used payrange instead of quarters. Dana was always very helpful and accommodating! I know they work hard to keep the place nice!

We stayed here for 6 nights. Our pull through site was spacious for us and easy to get into. There are so many plants in the park, and we saw lots of animals (birds, frogs, lizards, etc.) and it's clear that the staff puts a lot of work into tending the grounds and cleaning.

The showers and bathrooms were immaculate. I've stayed in a lot of RV parks and resorts, and I think these are the best showers and bathrooms I've ever seen. Yes, you need a key card to get into them, which would be inconvenient for a late check-in, but Redding has a large homeless population and high property crime/theft rate relative to its size, so I understand why they lock everything down.

Related to security matters, they also have a security guard who sometimes patrols the park at night (and has a flashing light on the car). I believe in the 6 nights we were there, the car came by our site in a way that I noticed on 2 of those nights. The first time I saw the lights, I was confused, but after I realized what it was, it wasn't a bother and actually a bit reassuring to know someone was keeping an eye on things.

We were also really pleased to discover that they can do propane fills of attached tanks (like in our class C motorhome) unlike a lot of parks we've stayed in which will only fill the standalone ones. The woman in the office who filled ours was smart, friendly, and helpful.

Wow! Totally deserve to be called an RV resort! The bathroom/shower facilities are put of a spa! Clean, sooo clean. The clubhouse and laundry were also very clean. The clubhouse was an extra special plus, large screen TV, recliners, kitchen, games and books to borrow! Then entire park is immaculate, beautiful well maintained plantings of shade trees, flowering bushes and flowers. There are some full time residents, but their rigs are very well maintained. Everyone on property was professional and attentive. It was hard to leave!!!

Beautiful trees, completely quiet! Easy to get to.

Ducks along the creek. Excellent spots with shade, very level. It is clean and tidy, obviously run with care. The staff have been very nice and helpful with recommendations for the area. It's close to fast food and grocery stores.

The security seemed great to me, I saw the campground being patrolled even at night. The pool was awesome, the laundry room had brand new machines ($2.25 wash and $1.75 dry, I think, quarters only). There was a beautiful deck with chairs and a little fountain under trees while you wait for your laundry. Such nice public spaces!

Great jumping off point for Lassen National Park, we also rented kayaks 20min from here. We've been RVing full time for 2 years and this is one of the best parks for us. We've had to use key cards at other parks, it's no big deal. Just turn it in on your way out. We'd definitely stay again if in Redding.

We've been visiting the area for years with family in Medford and Chico and use this Park as a good stopping point. We love the cleanliness, safety, and amenities this Park offers. Dayna and her team truly put their best foot forward when it comes to managing, maintaining, and enforcing their guidelines. If you can appreciate a well ran park where the staff is active, this is a great place to stay!

This was the third RV park we stayed at in a week and by far our favorite. So well maintained, and the pool was perfect for the very high temperatures that we aren't used too. The staff was very nice and accommodating to our needs. We definitely will stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Boulder Creek RV Resort. The Park is lovely and clean. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. We stayed in site 103, which is a long pull through. Nice yard area with patio and picnic table. Dog Park was across the road. We would stay here again!

This resort is absolutely beautiful. Nice spacious sites. Lots of trees for shade. Less than five minutes off freeway. Walking distance to the water park. Has a great little store in the office.
When we arrived the person was still in the site we were to go in. We were only staying one night so the very friendly office person upgraded us to a super site and WOW I'm glad she did. They are super spacious and very private. To be able to have my front door open up to a wide open field was heaven and worth the extra cost. Would absolutely book it again.
We left really early so I didn't get a chance to mention it but the dog park area needs some work. There are sharp fence pieces sticking out that could potentially injur a dog. I did call to advise of this later in the day.

10 stars for my 3 night stay. Grass, mature shade trees, paved streets and sites, sparkling bathrooms & dog park mostly grass. You would never know the full timers here....everyone's space is neat & tidy, feels safe here.
We loved the $14.99 lunch bento box at nearby Kampai, next to Rally's grocery.

This is a great resort under new ownership. Staff is polite and manage things well. Rules are enforced and found out the hard way with vehicle parking - oops! The restrooms were spotless and wifi worked better than other places which was nice to come back to after working on the job site. Overall a great experience.

We had a very nice experience staying at this resort. The access to 1-5 was convenient. We really enjoyed watching the ducks in the stream behind our site and hearing the frogs at night. They do a great job of keeping the bathrooms clean and the manager in the office was very welcoming. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay. Convenient to get too off I-5. We stayed the night before at the Premier RV Resort in Eugene and this was a perfect stopping distance between the two places on our way to Nev. The sites were easy to pull in and out of and all the hookups worked great. The facilities were updated and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Ask about the member punch card and get your 8th stay free night.

We only stayed for 1 night, drove in after hours and picked up our packet at the designated spot. Beautiful well landscaped and maintained campground. Quiet and clean. The only issue and it was minor, is the electronic card to use the bathroom didn’t work. Highly recommend.

Best little park. We stayed during spring snow storm. Park is ticked into a little hollow, very protected from wind and noise.
General Manager Dayna does a wonderful hood keeping this park nice.
