Danielle was very helpful and friendly in helping us to make adjustments to our RV storage location. She made the process super easy. Great customer service!

My entire renting experience was enabled by a truly great employee at the desk when I walked in. Danielle was awesome, she helped at every level, she showed patience with me as I rented two large spaces. All questions were answered immediately and the process was smooth and easy with her help. I was impressed with the quality of help and with the 2 units I rented. A good experience.

I just wanted to share my amazing experience with Life Storage, Woodland, CA. Nora and her team have been incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. They're always eager to help and provide honest advice without any pushy sales tactics. Plus, they're patient and willing to answer any questions I have.

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME GREAT LOCATION. EASY ACCESS , GATED YOU HAVE A OPTION OF INSIDE UNITS AS WELL AS OUTSIDE. DRIVE UP UNITS ARE GREAT!!! THE STAFF ARE A1 EMPLOYEES. TODAY MAYRA HELPED ME WITH NO PROBLEMS SHE KNEW WHAT I WANTED. FAST TRANSACTION.

Every time I go in or call over the phone I get great customer service by the manager Mayra. She is always very friendly and helpful. She answered any questions I had. Very neat and clean place. I definitely recommend this place.

Nora and Jenny were great! It was so easy to sign up for a unit online and I even received the gate code online. I downloaded the app and can make payments right there.

The team was very helpful upon move in. They had a clean, available unit that I was able to move into immediately. The entire facility is very clean and in a great location/area.

Rented here for about 6 months. It's not my first storage unit in the Davis/Woodland area, but I wish I'd come here first. Super clean and safe, very competitive pricing, and excellent staff. I moved out today, and Mayra totally came through for me. First I forgot my key (with the movers already there!), and she got the lock drilled out in no time so everything went smoothly after all. I was afraid I was going to have to drive back to Sacramento to retrieve the key, incurring a big charge from my movers who would have had to wait an hour.

Then I had aast second question about my final bill, and she got me squared away on the spot. Highly recommend this location.

I had two storage units here for well over a year. I’ve always been very happy with the customer service and organization. When moving out of my units in a haste I was particularly pleased with Danielle and Nora’s cheerful reception and being super helpful and attentive!

Staff are very polite, knowledgeable about size capacity and recommendations according to amount of stored items. The facility is extremely clean.

The personnel at Life Storage in Woodland are courteous, helpful and do an excellent job of making things right for their customers when issues come to their attention. I would recommend Life Storage to anyone having storage or vehicle parking needs.

I’m glad I chose this spot for storage. I was moving from out of state and everyone was so helpful in getting me set up with a unit and getting access to those who needed it. When I vacated the unit, it was a very easy process.

Good place to store your stuff. Newer facility. Grounds well maintained. Friendly staff. Easy to pay on their website.

Life storage is fantastic. Super safe area with a locked entrance as well so you feel reassured that your stuff is safe! We used them for about 2-3 months while we were out of the country. Easy set up & Cancellation. Would definitely use again if we needed to.

Danielle was absolutely amazing! She really took concern and consideration to the next level! Prices are what they are. But she was definitely a wonderful help. Very knowledgeable and sympathetic towards our situation. Already a loyal member!
