Good security price about same to other storage places

The people who run this place are very kind folks and I have nothing mean to say about them. However, I had stuff stolen from my camper. An RV was also hot wired and stolen from the same place. It's frustrating, but may I recommend more cameras and tighter security. One camera at the gate obviously isn't cutting it. Shame on the people who steal. Karma is a b!tch.

Apparently my storage unit was broken into sometime this last week and all the manager could say is she tried to get ahold of me twice and left messages... I received no phone call from live oak mini storage nor voice mail. I have not been offered a different unit, nor has she contacted the police. My things are unsecured nor have I been offered to review the camera footage that could help lead to the apprehension of whomever broke into my storage. Tomorrow I get to begin the daunting task of finding a lawyer to help me understand my rights and what can be done about this appalling mini storage establishment. 👎
