Excellent customer service, the employee helped amazingly with picking out fabrics for my childrens dresses. Very kind and understanding, i also appreciated their mask policy as my family is immune compromised.

My machine is running like new! I've really abused it learning to sew while cranking out a few hundred masks. I was hesitant to take it in to be serviced, because I didn't want to be with out it. But they got it done so fast! I could not be happier!

She helped us get started. My daughter is really excited to cut and sew her 1st homemade dress!

The lady who runs this shop is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. She sells high quality items and even ships to your door. The shop is very nice inside.

This is a very elegant shop in Eureka with great service and lots of classes. They also sell recycled plastic buttons made by Plastic Uniquely Recycled.

Nice selection of silk and other quality fabrics (and even some leather). Staff are friendly. Thread selection is slightly limited.

I don’t even want to give one star. We were asked to put on a mask which we did. We were then asked if we have been vaccinated. After we said yes…they wanted to see our card. They still did not want to let us in the store. My health history is none of anyones business. I’m not coming into the store sick or with symptoms. These employees went overboard and lost 2 customers who would have likely spent good money and been return customers. No one has a right to violate my privacy.

Visited a few days after Christmas with my niece. Showed the woman working our vaccination cards. The woman then asked if we had received our booster shots, I responded yes. My niece who was not eligible to get her booster yet told her no. The woman then yelled “GET YOUR BOOSTER” into a child’s face. We stayed for a few minutes, but were definitely too shook up too look at the fabric we were so excited to buy. With teary eyes my niece whispered “can we please get out of this place?” Immediately I felt guilt for letting a MONSTER yell at a little girl. Now I’m jut disappointed that this is the kind of small business representing my amazing hometown. Never, ever thought I would say this but if you’re in Eureka and need fabric… go to JOANN’s.
