EVERY HOTEL/MOTEL NEEDS A HEATHER!!!!
My husband is driving from Fremont, CA to Everett, WA and his truck broke down. He is getting it towed to the Lithia Toyota and needs a place to stay the night. Heather was patient, kind and VERY VERY helpful. Heather thank you for making this day that is full of unexpected terrible situation into a light at the end of the tunnel!! HEATHER MUST get a raise and promotion!!!

It was amazing. Rooms looked upgraded. New key system. Awesome by the way. But most of all. I felt safe. I just wanted to thank everyone.

Cost much more than they give.......say 2 people a month is like1300....but crapy tv bad internet no phone it's like hitlerville there
