Asked them to make donuts for a friends baby shower, we had a specific glaze color and sprinkle idea in mind and the worked with us to make it happen. The donuts looked amazing and tasted great!! They did an awesome job.

I have walked and driven by this place many times when they were closed, and have been wanting to try them out for quite some time. I went here with my sons this morning and we were all impressed. The service was courteous and friendly. We tried a variety of donuts including an apple fritter, a raspberry and apricot danishes and a custard filled chocolate donut. They were all very good. One could easily make the case that these are the best donuts in Eureka. They also have some nice looking cakes. The champagne log looked good too.

I love going to Cherry Blossom! They're cakes are amazing. They are always so friendly and I can always count on the quality of cakes and treats that I buy from them.

I have been coming here for several years. The owner and counter staff are warm and delightful. The fritters are truly out of this world: light but also outrageously tender…and the apple taste is front and center. Their Finsk Brod cookies are straight out of my childhood, and I adore their cakes. Everything is delicious, fresh and scratch made. Bee at the counter makes you feel like you have walked into a neighbors kitchen, and her energy is the best start to any day (except maybe for those fritters :) ). No other establishment in Eureka compares. A must visit.

Cake was amazing, everything from the presentation to the taste and texture. The cake was a pink champagne and it was so moist and soft and the icing wasn't too sweet it was absolutely perfect

My favourite is the maple filled bars. And the pink champagne cake. We definitely ordered cakes for our special days. But sometimes just because cake is good. I love getting a donut first thing in the morning when they are still warm. Locals know this is the spot for good treats.

Ordered a custom cake for my baby's 1st birthday with a dirt bike theme. It turned out super cute and they incorpated the Lego dirt bike I gave them perfectly. It was really tasty too, with a nice custard between layers. I was very pleased with the cake and the customer service and received a lot of compliments on it. I'll definitely order my cakes from them in the future.

I wanted to find a nice bakery in town who could create a high quality and uniquely creative 40th birthday cake for my boyfriend based on some inspiration photos I had found online. Cherry Blossom Bakery was down for the cause, all I had to do was bring in the ribbon, gold leaf, and toppers I wanted used and we came up with a plan together. I was so excited when I came in to pick it up! They did a fabulous job! The cake was gorgeous, and oh soooo delicious!! Everyone loved it! It was a total hit!!! Thank you Cherry Blossom!!!

I love this bakery! Their desserts are delicious, but I absolutely love their donuts! They're made uniquely and have a lighter, melt-in-your-mouth feel and taste! The service is always very friendly, warm, and welcoming. I highly recommend this place, especially if you appreciate the ole hometown/local feel.

Doughnuts are so fresh and amazing first thing in the morning. Had to pick up a dozen long with the birth cake for my wife. Such a delicious chocolate cake.The beautiful pink flowers are just her favorite color. Thank you for making her day so special!

I ordered a custom birthday cake for my wife. She requested a pineapple and coconut cake. When I called the bakery, this was not on their extensive list of flavors, but the owner said it sounded like a great combination and immediately said that she would make it for us. I also asked her to design a fun unicorn design (my wife loves them!). Today, when I picked up the cake, I was amazed at the beautiful decorations. It was exactly what we were hoping for and my wife loved it. The cake itself was one of the best we have had. It was clear that everything was made from scratch with lots of care. The pineapple filling was very flavorful and we think she used fresh pineapple. The grated coconut was fresh and full of flavor. The icing was sweet but not overpowering, and the cake was soft. There were lots of options for baked goods in the case, and coffee is also available. We are looking forward to sampling more items in the future, especially the fresh bread. The location is super convenient as well, very walkable if you are near Henderson Center. We highly recommend this bakery.

The Best Bakery in Humboldt, The best donuts i have ever had. Fresh baked breads, Cookies& Danishes made daily. The pink champagne cake is so Moist and delicious.They have the best selection of cakes in their case everything looks amazing.

We purchased 4 awesome pies🥧 for Thanksgiving🦃, got some donuts🍩 and other goodies🍰. They are a bit pricey but you definitely get what you pay for. We'll be back!

Stopped to get a donut to go with my coffee from Cafe Nooner Too. Ok. more than one donut. I see the apple fritters. I don't like apple fritters, but my husband loves them- if they aren't greasy. I also see the cream puffs and eclairs, so one of each for after dinner. I order my buttermilk bars. I ask for a bit off a fritter than was broken up, telling the owner I want a bit for my husband to test for oiliness. The owner puts all the bits in my bag, stating they aren't oily. He points out, for the education of other donut makers, that when you make them too big they have to stay in the fryer too long: result = greasy. Five star rating from my husband on fritters and me on my buttermilk bar. Tonight I can rate the fancy stuff. Can't wait.

Excellent pies. I pre-order from home every year for our family reunion then pick it up when I get there. The mixed berry pie is fantastic, crust is perfect too. Small, old school bakery, just what I look for.

I drive 500 miles for your champagne cake. This trip I am packing one home on the plane. Everything you make is truly delicious BUT your champagne cake is truly the most delectable dessert know to man or woman.

We chose Cherry Blossom for our wedding and not only was the cake AMAZING, they were very professional, all the info given up front, no hidden fees, I will probably never buy a cake from anywhere else. I absolutely recommend them!!!

Cherry Blossom has the best doughnuts ! All their baked goods are very good but the doughnuts are unbelievable. Staff is kind and friendly and the store is always extremely clean- go early for the doughnuts and you won't regret it!
