I routinely expect to hear that I need my transmission serviced or a new air filter or windshield wipers. But they are always honest and telling me that I don't need anything right now so I will trust them when they tell me I do

Love this place ! The staff was so friendly ! He came right out right when I pulled up and welcomed me and my kids instantly. Super quick also. We were right in and right out. I'll be coming back here for all my oil change and car needs from now on. Refreshing compared to other places I've been.

I bring all of my vehicles to Cassidy's and they are always courteous, quick, and inexpensive. I rarely leave reviews, but I just had to express my gratitude for such great service. Its a rare thing these days.

Cascade on Hartnell in Redding was a really awesome place my had just got a car and I had a stripped oil pan bolt and they have this other thing that work just perfect for it and it's even better it doesn't leak at all I highly recommend them

The guys always get me right in do a stand up job and don't try to over sell things I don't need! So much better to support a local business and not a corporation like jiffy lube.
