Susan Bingham is an extremely hardworking honest person who does a good job in her field. She is knowledgeable and properly screens tenants and does full service property management. My relatives use her services and have done so for years. 5 stars!

Susan and her team are 5 star. We've rented one of Arrows homes in the Henderson area for the past 5+ years. From the initial application process to the rental agreement Susan and her team have been stellar. Fair and responsive. We've just moved out, we are no longer in the area and can not participate in the move out walk through. Susan just called me, there are a few things that need our attention, but 100% fair. Bottom line...we'd rent from Arrows anytime, anywhere. Truly a gem!

This is the most professional and reliable property management company I have encountered in Humboldt county as a life long renter and resident. Having Arrow Property Management as the connection between renters and owners makes life’s sometimes messy or annoying situations, so much less so. Something as serious as one’s housing and properties should be performed at the professional standard Arrow has set.

Extremely helpful, professional, and friendly staff! Susan and her assistant reached out to me to find an apartment for my boyfriend and I within a short notice AND deadline of one week, when no other Humboldt property companies would accept our applications due to 0 rental history! And on top of that, their pricing is very affordable compared to other companies. The apartment I rented was such a steal (perhaps one of the best deals you could possibly find in Eureka; extremely good price point, safe neighborhood, 2 bedrooms, plenty of extra parking lot spaces, big balconies/back yards, walk in closet, onsite manager, monthly/weekly(?) lawn maintenance, gated community, friendly AND quiet neighbors... and much more!) Not to mention, paying rent was extremely convenient through an app they help set you up with. I truly wish I could have continued renting this place for many more months and years to come but my boyfriend had to temporarily relocate for a job. Overall, we would definitely rent from Susan again in the future and highly recommend her to anyone looking to rent or buy properties in Humboldt!

I can't say enough good things about Arrow Property Management. We moved to the area late last year, and there was virtually no rental inventory on the market, especially that allowed cats! Susan helped us find the perfect rental property to live in while we looked for a home to buy. Susan is also a realtor, and helped us find the perfect home, and is connecting us with contractors etc to help us make the perfect home feel like OUR home. If you need to rent or buy a home, definitely give Susan a call.

We moved into a property managed by Arrow more than 3 years ago and have stayed until this last month. Susan, the owner and operator, was immediately responsive to any issues we had at our rental and was always communicative. As long as we let her know what was happening, she would always work with us and our schedules. Our rent was never raised unreasonably or without our prior knowledge. The property itself was always maintenanced and our neighbors were fabulous!

Excellent communication, reasonably priced rental options, very professional. After several weeks of frustration working with other property rental companies in the Humboldt area, having great customer service from Susan at Arrow Property Management was a breath of fresh air. My husband and I had specific housing needs and Susan was very flexible, accommodating, and efficient. If you are looking for housing in the area, go here first. You won't be disappointed.

Arrow Property is the BEST management company in Humboldt, in my honest opinion. The application process was timely, Susan interviewed myself and my employer, so it was nice to know how they screen potential renters. Diana was always a joy at the front desk and we would crack jokes whenever I went to pay rent, etc. They were so efficient about addressing maintenance issues that needed fixing and even let me switch apartments when one became available. Unfortunately I had to move away.... But they were fair and timely about returning my deposit. I really hope that I am able to return and rent from them again!! Thank you Susan and Diana! - Camille

I lived at Arrow for a little bit over a year and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The rent is affordable, and the management team that does the maintenance are very friendly and resourceful. It is centrally located in a great place of Eureka, which is close to a lot of shopping centers, parks, and the university. I recommend arrow property management as their owner is very professional, reliable, and good-spirited.

Susan Replied and got back to me in a timely manner and answered all legal questions without bias. I received my deposit back in a timely manner along with a receipt. I felt safe, secure and knew I wasn't being taken advantage of despite my young age. A true Professional!

Susan has been managing 3 of my properties with excellent professionalism and reliability. She makes sure the properties are well taken care of and all tenet issues addressed.
