Red Lion Inn & Suites Redding

Very clean, very friendly staff and amazing guest service. They're pet friendly and go above and beyond to ensure safety and security of guests. Very safe and peaceful stay and affordable rates!!! Definitely recommend and the beds are dangerous because they are so comfortable and the sleep is amazing here! Many places in the area to accommodate any needs. Did I mention the beds are very comfortable and clean? The shower is great to pressure wise and leaves me feeling clean clean!!! Down to earth and friendly people with great positive vibes and energy!

The front desk gal was super kind, very accommodating and helpful. I ended up not staying here, however, I needed to be closer to downtown. The hotel is going through a face lift, and they are working on a lot of the issues that people are complaining about here. That being said, I’d come back and see how they’re doing and say hi to my new friend.

Everything about the hotel was very average, except the customer service. The woman at the front desk, Heather went above and beyond to make my stay the best it could be, even supplying extra pillows for the bed. If this level of customer service is a reflection of how the company treats their employees, im happy to continue doing business here. If not, I hope the company recognizes the excellence of their employees and shows their appreciation properly.

I was in a car accident and I lost my driver's license. Heather who works for you at the Red Lions in Redding stepped out of the box to make sure that I got a room. Without Heather's help I would not have had a room and I would have been homeless. I had a credit card but did not have my driver's license . She is truly an asset to your team. You are very lucky to have her and she is an angel in my heart . Thank you so much and God bless you Heather for being there for me and nobody else would.

I am staying in this motel as we speak. It's clean warm no bugs the bathroom was nice and it's very quiet here. The lady at the front desk was super nice. She welcomed me and made me feel comfortable. The only thing that I have to say is that I don't like that they charge you over $100 for deposit. I think that's a little obsessive. If it wasn't over $80 a night on weekends I would definitely stay here again.

The repurchase, the red Lion Inn & Suites formerly the vagabond Inn is now account little boutique hotel that I certainly did not mind staying at. And we also got a lot of work done. The staff is amazingly friendly , the early front desk staff then, mid afternoon staff the night staff . All go above and beyond what they should be doing even at the best hotels in this County. The Suites are updated so cute and they are very they did just a good job read doing this entire place and they not only did it foundation on up...., they did it with a good heart and it has a really nice and cute spirit to it I definitely recommend this place. It also has an ADA swimming pool lift which is a plus for our family, as with many family members. So that gives it 5 stars alone the ADA swimming lift to help your love one enjoy the summer as well in the swimming pool.

I am from Oregon and was here for the car shows. It was a great location for access to main street and freeway, restaurants, fuel stations, the customer service was awesome, professional, and very friendly. It was just for me , I had a classic car and the office team helped watch out for it. Being there by myself I felt safe and comfortable. I will be back and recommend it to friends.

Staff is very hospitable and friendly great attitudes. Has kind of a rustic old west look outside but inside rooms are updated clean and fresh. This place is really a one of it's kind for the price. I usually only give reviews when I'm upset. It was a pleasure to write this review. Completely satisfied.

Room was fair. Price was cheap. Location worked. But LISA at the counter went out of her way. Hey other motels in the area.. ADVICE...
If Lisa's resume comes across your desk, hire her.

Extremely nice rooms for a bargain compared to other hotels in the area, the complimentary soaps felt as if they belonged at a 5 star hotel in Europe. The beds were comfortable and the room was quaint

This is a nice place to stay on a budget... It has clean rooms and friendly employees... And it's a $40 difference compared to its counterpart on Hilltop... Definitely appreciate the shampoo and conditioner has the most kills 6 across the street, is just a basica motel and doesn't do shampoo and conditioner just bar soap... Don't ask... If you want to know go read THAT review....

Katie was great! I had a small problem which would have kept me from coming back. I did not share this with her, just alerted her to the problem. She took care of it quickly and professionally. I highly recommend Red Lion Inn.

This was a very nice place they had new beds and the staffs are on top with anything i needed The room was nice and clean and they had free breakfast which is really good. i sure will be coming back here Soon

Heather was amazing!!! She was funny and very welcoming. Accommodated us so well definitely knows what she is doing....

Was hesitant at first due to location, but upon checking in, became progressively more satisfied. The desk clerk was great, overslept and checked out an hour late, and they were understanding, room was clean and very nice

Laura was wonderful. Rode bicycle 80 miles from lk almanor and was shocked at how tweaky much of redding has gotten. Red lion was clean safe and reasonable. Deals at dennys and lumberjack cafe next door too.

If all you need is a hot shower and a place to lay your head with a little TV then this is your place. The staff is super friendly and will accommodate you the best they can. So go see Lisa or Melita and they'll take care of all your needs!!

I had recently and stayed at the Red Lion Hotel and the clerk at the front desk Lisa was absolutely fantastic very much on top of her game she knew what she was talking about and how to do her job very thoroughly I appreciate customer service like that I would absolutely stay there again.

We stay here once a month for a week at a time for work. We love it. Friendly staff, nice room, fair price and GREAT breakfast.
