Cinders Wood Fired Pizza

I was passing thru Redding last month and found this little place to eat. The pizza was absolutely fantastic! Local kombucha and beers on tap with indoor and outdoor seating. Good friendly folks who worked there even gave my dog some water. In a town not known for many healthy quality gastronomical experiences it stands out exceptionally. It is not for from the interstate 5 as the 299 passes thru town.

Still the best food in Redding and an absolut lifesaver at 10:30pm.

nice staff, outdoor seating is great. Quick, delicious pizza. Greek pizza was awesome, got it with garlic oil base and vegan cheese. Great vegan options. crust is incredible.

Got stranded in Redding when highway was closed down in sections. Ended up having the best pizza I've ever had. We ordered the bacon and brie as well as a standard pepperoni. Service was great and wait was short considering how slammed they were. Best. Pizza. Ever.

Fantastic pizza in downtown Redding. Tasty, cheesy, quality ingredients and perfect size. Great veggie options on menu in addition to build your own.

I went in at a busy time and the staff were accommodating. They suggested some things that would be quicker. The food was absolutely delicious and prepared in a timely manor even though they were in a rush. It was a good time with my wife. Nice atmosphere.

Solid pizza, one of the best quick-fired pizzas places I’ve tried.

I got the bacon&brie on red sauce. It was very unique & had a lot of flavors. The Brie was a little much but it was really good & a delight to eat.

The pizza was some of the best I've ever had. And the ice cream is amazing 👏 🤩 😋

This pizza is ahhhhmazing!! And so many options! We came with 5 teenagers and an 11 year old and we were ALL impressed and very satisfied! Bonus- ice cream is in the same room so you don’t even have to plan that. And the service is perfect - inviting, friendly and on point!

Honestly, the best pizza I’ve ever had. The staff, and the atmosphere are also great! I go here as often as I can and I’m super excited for the Anderson location to open!!

Very good pizza and just the right size for one or two people.
You can definitely taste the difference in quality of the pizza and the wood fire baking gives the pizza an excellent crust.
Definitely worth going to and, while not the cheapest, worth the price.

Hands down, the Mediterranean pizza and harvest salad were phenomenal. It's one of my favorite pizzas I've ever had. I usually get a pizza with meat on it, but this pizza was 10 times better surprisingly.

Lots of great pizzas to choose. Try them all. Taste and See creamery has an amazing collection of unique flavors. Ask about the non menu pre packed pints as well.

Really good pizza. Portion is a bit small, but the price is right. Service was fast too.

Hands down the best pizza in Redding. I used to think Redding didn't have any good pizza until a friend of mine introduced me to Cinders.
But don't expect one pizza to be enough to feed a family. They're individual sized personal pizzas.

Absolutely fantastic! Frequently me and my company do work in the Redding area, and by chance we found this place. Everytime we are in the area we stop here for a top-notch pie. They serve authentic Neopolitan-style, wood-fired pizza, and I guarantee you no pizzeria in Redding is doing it as well as they are. Every ingredient is locally-sourced, fresh, and full of flavor. If you call ahead they'll give you an estimate of completion time for your order. My estimate was so accurate it led to me walking in while they were slicing my pizzas. Each pizza is the same size, and just about a perfect portion for one person. With each bite you can taste the freshness, and the simple mix of ingredients that leads to huge flavor. Try the BBQ chicken with a drizzle of hot honey, a proprietary blend made in-house, and infused with Habanero pepper. Prices are more than fair for the level of quality these guys dish out. While you're there give the creamery adjacent to Cinders a try! Also a top-notch, quality establishment serving up quality deliciousness. You can often witness them making their waffle cones from scratch. Who these days goes so many extra miles to enhance the experience of their customers like these places? Good question. Both of these fine eateries do just that, and every penny is not only well-spent, but also well worth the fine quality of culinary delight they offer. I dare anyone who reads this to give these folks a visit and not leave with a happy tummy.

Hands down the best pizza I have ever had! I ordered truffle mushroom and Chicken Bacon (without the bacon) pizza and it was absolutely delicious. They have a great menu to choose from as well.

Such a great pizza, we had the bbq chicken option, I don't remember the exact name with the cauliflower crust. AMAZING.
