I own a 2018 Ram 2500 and the Fm radio started de laminating and I contacted Customer Care told them of the situation and was instructed to take it to Crown for inspection. I talked to Noe' and he took over. It was determined radio was bad and he took over with phone calls and emails to Dodge CC. They approved a new radio. Within 10 days I had a new radio installed. No out of pocket per Dodge. Noe' my Dodge service writer made the whole process for me so unbelievable simple! I was so impressed with the positive attitude and professionalism. It's so nice to have true customer service, Thanks Noe' !

Even though I spent the last 50 years in the car business, like many I dreaded the whole high pressure, fast talking, vehicle purchasing experience. Now retired, I recently went through the process of researching, test driving and eventually purchasing a new vehicle. I decided on a 2024 Honda CR-V Hybrid. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else, we have purchased 5 Hondas from Crown Motors…In all seriousness they’re by far THE BEST DEALERSHIP. They don’t have a mark up on vehicles and you’re only paying MSRP. Now as far as salesman go….do yourself a favor and go with Ozzy! He was the nicest car salesman I have ever met! Super easy to talk to, very genuine and very helpful with everything! Again, don’t waste your time going to any other Honda dealership…go to Crown Motors.

Bought my first cat yesterday with them Kenneth and Brittany were so polite and helpful and professional they did everything they could so I could walk out with a car and they did and I got my dream car I nearly cried when I got my car I will forever be thankful for them I highly recommend crown motors
